'Tucker And Dale Vs Evil' Red Band Makes Good On Promise

Not that you'd expect this movie to have a G-rated trailer. [post-album postid="205635" item="5"]Tucker And Dale Vs. Evil has been kicking around the festival scene and thanks to Comic-Con, it's now on many more radars. As far as horror send-ups go, it's got a pretty awesome premise. Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine star as two innocent hillbillies fixing up their cabin in the woods. A carload of college kids mistakes them for creepy killers, and through a series of misunderstandings, end up killing themselves while incriminating Tucker and Dale along the way.
That is why I never go into the woods. It's too dangerous. That and the raccoons with their creepy little hands and what are they planning anyway???

'Resident Evil: Afterlife' Trailer Utilizes Cutlery

Go from the outside in. The first trailer for Resident Evil: Afterlife really wanted you to know that the film is in 3D. This one also wants you to know that it's in 3D, but it has kind of a story sort of too. Milla Jovovich is back as Alice, and she's fighting more zombies and umbrellas, only this time with the help of an old friend -- Ali Larter back as Claire. The guy from "Prison Break" (Wentworth Miller), who plays Claire's brother, helps the two aggressive females try and take back Los Angeles from the walking dead.  The film is directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, the other, worse Paul Anderson in the helming game. He directed the first Resident Evil movie, wrote the other two, and I guess decided he wanted to tell his wife how to throw stuff that will be added in later at the camera for the 3D installment of Resident Evil. One question: why is this thing coming out in IMAX? Aren't those screens being used for films like, I don't know...Inception. I realize that Resident Evil: Afterlife doesn't come out until September, but Inception should still be in IMAX then. The studio must be banking on the fact that audiences will never tire of axes flying at their faces. Check out the trailer after the jump...

New 'Evil Dead' Red Band Trailer Is Here To Be Gross

Digest breakfast first. Like that one kid in study hall, the newest red band trailer for Fede Alvarez's remake of Evil Dead is here to be gross. This new look puts the first red band trailer to shame. Whereas last time we were treated to a girl slicing her tongue in half with a box cutter, we are now treated to her upping the ante by using that tongue on people. In addition, face-ripping, beheadings, beatings, blood pukes, and ol' reliable tree rape abound in this new look. All in all, this preview provides a better look at what sets this film apart from the original. The beats appear to be similar but the characters have been updated enough to breathe new life into the premise. But still, gross you guys.

'The Evil Dead' Remake Red-Band Trailer Is Here And It's Friggin' Gross

Right before lunch. Yesterday's tease should have prepared us, but I balked. And now that the trailer for The Evil Dead remake is here, I'm thinking of skipping lunch. If anything, it makes Cabin in the Woods all the more awesome. This being the dead serious take on the satire, it seems to follow the same beats as the first two acts of Cabin, only to leave us with the same question that film asked: why? Why do we watch this stuff? Especially right before lunch on National Food Day nonetheless. Get those tacos away from me!!

'Ash Vs. The Evil Dead' Trailer Is The Good Kind Of Crazy

Bruce Campbell at his best. You know that creepy, one-handed old guy that works at the local department store who regularly uses the word 'groovy' and you suspect of wearing a girdle? Yeah. Well, turns out that he's our only line of defense against evil demons who've returned from Hell and are massacring everyone in town. And he does wear a girdle. The first trailer for Starz's Ash vs. The Evil Dead is here and it looks to perfectly capture the insanity that is the Evil Dead films. There's all the gore, splatter, and comedy you would expect on what looks like a budget you didn't expect. That's to say, it translates perfectly to the small screen. It looks like the most fun Bruce Campbell project since the last Bruce Campbell project.

'The Lazarus Effect' Trailer Experiences Evil Side Effects

Take with food as directed. In The Lazarus Effect, Mark Duplass, Olivia Wilde, Donald Glover, and Evan Peters play four scientists who have not seen Pet Sematary or Flatliners so they are completely oblivious to the nightmare that awaits them when they attempt to play God. Annoyed by the common occurrence of people dying all of the time, they invite a magic elixir that revives dead things. But the formula needs some work because those they resurrect come back evil with demonic superpowers that enable them to squish Donald Glover to death. You can't print that on the label without hurting sales.

Katee Sackhoff Is Evil And Sexy In 'Sexy Evil Genius' Trailer

There's a good reason we don't look up our exes. In Sexy Evil Genius (now available on DVD and On-Demand) a group of strangers are lured to a downtown LA bar by Nikki, the ex-girlfriend they all have in common. Fresh out of prison for the murder of her last ex-boyfriend (who couldn't attend on account of being dead), Nikki is mysterious about her intentions and her current and former lovers soon realize they are all caught in one of her brilliant, mischievous mind-games with possible deadly consequences. Or maybe a gang-bang? I once went on a ski trip with an ex and unbeknownst to me, she invited a few of her other exes. It didn't end in murder though I wanted it to.

The Gang Is Creepy And Old In The Full 'American Reunion' Trailer

Katrina Bowden's ass steals the show. Pie F*cker and his friends are back. And this time, they're boring and old. That should be fun to watch, right? We've seen a teaser before, but this is our first look at the full cast returning for American Reunion. Where the teaser gave us a notion of the R-Rated antics we're in store for, this trailer goes the clean route and merely points out how these actors never really rose above these roles. Who would have thought that an American Pie sequel could be such a lame attempt to cash in on name recognition?
