‘Step Brothers’ Rap Album In The Works

Give it up for the male Mariah Carey, y'all. Huff n' Doback are about to go beast in the booth. Give it up for the male Mariah Carey, y'all. Huff n' Doback are about to go beast in the booth. Yesterday, Adam McKay tweeted: "Are we currently working on a Step Bros rap album? Yup." Then I guess he realized how that could be taken as a joke and followed it up with, "I wasn't kidding about Step Bros rap album. And we just found out we have a crazy big time producer. Mos Def, you up for a guest flow?" Normally I would groan at something like this, but I'm ready for more 'Boats 'n Hoes.' It really is better than anything Drake has put out there. And who knows? If this does well, maybe we'll get a sequel to 'City Of Crime.' (via The Playlist)

John C. Reilly Is The Juggernaut, Bitch In ‘Cedar Rapids’ Trailer

In the trailer for Cedar Rapids, Ed Helms's big follow-up to The Hangover, he plays an inexperienced guy (again) who takes a trip (again) and gets blotto (again), beat up (again), and befriends a prostitute (again). And, it looks pretty funny (again). In advance of Sundance, here we have a trailer for Cedar Rapids, Ed Helms's big follow-up to The Hangover. In this film Helms plays an inexperienced guy (again) who takes a trip (again) and gets blotto (again), beat up (again), and befriends a prostitute (again). And, it looks pretty funny (again). I specifically like the scene where John C. Reilly drunkenly puts the garbage can top on his head and looks like the Juggernaut. Speaking of Jugs, Anne Heche strips her top off. I can't decide how I'm supposed to feel about that. Is she hot? Or is that outweighed by the napping in stranger's homes and claiming to be the alien half-sister of Jesus Christ who can talk to dead people and see into the future? Anne Heche watches too much damn"Battlestar Galactica."

C-SPAN Investigates: Does Mitt Romney Have A Big Penis?

Asking for a friend. While covering the race for the Republican ticket, C-SPAN has been overwhelmed by callers who want to cut through the rhetoric and get down to the real issue. Just exactly how big is Mitt Romney's penis? The broad-shouldered candidate stands at a height of 6'2", so it's certain to be impressive. I'm not saying that Mitt Romney's penis measures up to Barack Obama's but I'd wager to guess he's somewhere in John Kerry territory. So why is C-SPAN ignoring this issue? This refusal to give us well-rounded profiles on each candidate proves that their coverage of the election is in no way fair. It's not like the American people can just go ask Romney. He'll overembellish. You really can't trust a politician. Also, kudos to the prank caller for his New Hampshire accent. Nailed it. (MediaLite)

New ‘Our Idiot Brother’ Trailer Crawling With Hot Sisters

You'd have to be an idiot not to notice. [post-album postid="9564" item="1"]The new trailer for Our Idiot Brother is crawling with hot ladies. Rashida Jones wears glasses (therefore hot), Elizabeth Banks plays a bitch (therefore hot), and Zooey Deschanel plays a slut (therefore hot). Emily Mortimer and Janet Montgomery ain't no slouches either. In addition to Rudd's attractive sisters, you can also oogle more of his idiotic antics. Like taking money out of his pocket on the subway or making sure his parole officer knows he's high. And, I can't be certain, but I think he fed a dog chocolate. That dog is going to get chocolate-wasted. Literally.

Dwayne Johnson And 'SNL' Give Us The Real-Life 'Bambi' We Deserve

"It's hunting season." Or something to that effect. We've recently been on the receiving end of a lot of live-action Disney adaptations. Maleficent, Cinderella, and the upcoming Beauty and the Beast just to name a few. Well, let's add one more re-telling to that list. The story of Bambi. As told to us by SNL and The Rock. It's gritty, it's real, and it's no fairy tale. Well, technically Bambi was never a fairy tale, but this version REALLY isn't a fairy tale. The clip isn't "Peyton Manning for the United Way" funny, but it's pretty good. I mean, the Rock even with substandard material is still pretty awesome, as is this.

Check Out The Trailer For 'Our Idiot Brother', Idiot

So much idiot in less than two minutes. Like indie comedy trailers? Well then Happy Easter to you, good buddy! Here's the first trailer for Our Idiot Brother, which used to be called My Idiot Brother. They must have decided using the plural pronoun played better in Peoria or something. The movie has Paul Rudd as the titular character, along with Elizabeth Banks, Zooey Deschanel, Emily Mortimer and Rashida Jones as the "Our." It's pretty funny too, particularly the opening scene between Rudd and a police officer. Here's the official plot synopsis, which I found inside a chocolate egg: "Ned Rochlin (Rudd) looks for the good in every situation and in everyone, which often puts him at odds with the world around him – especially his family.  Upon being released from jail for a stupid mistake, Ned is kicked off of the organic farm he lives and works on by his ex-girlfriend Janet who also insists on keeping his beloved dog, Willie Nelson.  Having nowhere else to go, he turns to his family, three ambitious sisters (Banks, Deschanel, Mortimer) and an overbearing mother.  Ned crashes at each of their homes, in succession, and brings honesty, happiness and a sunny disposition into their lives.  In other words, he wreaks havoc." Can't wait until Willie Nelson gets his own CGI spin-off starring James Marsden. It can be called Our Idiot Willie Nelson Dog and it'll be great.

John C. Reilly Is The Best Dad In 'We Need To Talk About Kevin' Trailer

Except that he raises a psychopath. Oops. On a mission to bum us all out, Lynne Ramsay has finally adapted Lionel Shriver's novel, We Need To Talk About Kevin. Tilda Swinton stars as a mother recounting the events that lead up to her son massacring his high school classmates and teachers. Though you wouldn't completely get that sense from this trailer. It's played up as more of a whimsical tale of new parents raising a little asshole. It seems that from the time he is born, Kevin hates his mother but loves his dad, played by John C. Reilly. In all honesty though, who could dislike that Steve Brule?

See John C. Reilly's Leading Man Face In 'Terri' Trailer

John C. Reily in a quirky indie comedy. Believe it or not! Actor/doctor John C. Reilly, when he's not working with heavyweights like Martin Scorsese Paul Thomas Anderson, and Adam Sandler, loves a good comedy. Not only does he frequently lend his name and handsome leading man parts to movies like Terri, but he's also the creator of the immortal comic creation Dr. Steve Brule from "Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!" But unfortunately this trailer is for Terri (fake-out!). It's a pretty funny trailer, and keep an eye out for Creed (from "The Office," not the band) towards the end. Based on this trailer, I think Terri is definitely going to be worth watching. I'd still like a Steve Brule movie more, though.

Watch John C. Reilly Fall Over Again And Again In This Adult Swim Pilot Clip

Check it out! John C. Reilly's Steve Brule character has come a long way. He's gone from just being a passing character on Tim and Eric's show to the star of his own show, Check it Out! With Steve Brule, to now playing an actor playing a character on a sitcom pilot called Bagboy. This five minute clip was show to audiences during the Tim and Eric live tour last year. It's confusing, but like with most of Tim and Eric's stuff, you don't need to really understand it to laugh at it. Like most of the Adult Swim stuff, you'll either like it or you won't, and it's doubtful this will grow on you. I've always found Steve Brule to be the funniest, most accessible part of the Tim and Eric world, and this clip seems to be even more mainstream normal than anything before. Does this mean Steve Brule is going to become the next Matthew Perry? Why, yes it does. (A.V. Club)
