'Mike Tyson Mysteries' Is Actually Real And Here's The Trailer As Evidence

Ain't no time for bird sex. I'd heard rumors about Adult Swim's plans to create Mike Tyson Mysteries, an animated show starring Mike Tyson as himself teamed up with an alcoholic pigeon voiced by Norm Macdonald. Then it was something I dismissed, mistaking it for my own booze-induced fantasy. Turns out that it is real and I went through that 12-Step Program for no damn reason. Here's a trailer that proves its existence as well as my ability to decide for myself that when I've had enough to drink.

‘Mr. Popper’s Penguins’ Teaser Is Here! ‘Mr. Popper’s Penguins’ Teaser Is Here!

Oh, Jim Carrey is living with penguins all right! The teaser trailer for Mr. Popper's Penguins has the following things: Jim Carrey showing his age, Jim Carrey teaching penguins how to hip hop dance to "Ice Ice Baby," Junior Soprano saying, "Your house is full of penguins!" and almost nothing else. I am not familiar with the source material, the 1938 children's book Mr. Popper's Penguins, but if it happens to be one sheet of paper that says simply, "Mr. Popper lives in a house with penguins for some reason," then this movie appears 100% faithful to the source material. Uhhhh...he seems to live in a nice house? He's in a tuxedo. That's a pleasant little play on penguin imagery.... That's seriously all that can be said about this trailer.

For Dick Poop, It's An Honor Just To Be Nominated

Tee-hee. She said "dick," and then she said "poop." We all thought it was hilarious when John Travolta introduced Idina Menzel as 'Adele Dazeem' during last year's Oscars telecast. This year, the Academy decided to play it safe with their nominations. Nothing too exotic. Let's keep it nice and simple and nominate someone with an easy to pronounce name like Dick Pope, for his contributions as cinematographer on Mr. Turner. What could possibly go wrong? Oh boy. The scars of schoolyard taunts have just been elevated to a global level.

'1911' Teaser Trailer: Jackie Chan's 100th Film Is Nothing Like 'Mr. Nice Guy'

Trying to decide whether you want to celebrate Chan's 100th movie or the 100th year anniversary of the Chinese Revolution? What if I said... you could do both? Trying to decide whether you want to celebrate Jackie Chan's 100th movie or the 100th year anniversary of the Chinese Revolution? What if I said you could do both? I know, it sounds unlikely, but hear me out. [post-video postid="4923"] Above is the teaser trailer for Chan's next big movie, for which he stars and co-directs with Zhang Li. 1911 is a historical drama chronicling the Xinhai Revolution, which led to the formation of the Republic of China. From the trailer, the film looks gripping and powerful, though I hope Chan will throw in a few ridiculous falling-off-a-building stunts. Or something with a helicopter. Yeah, I know they didn't have helicopters back then, but think of the fans. Ya gotta give the people what they want, even if it makes the movie terrible. 1911 revolts into theaters in America and China on September 26th, 2011. However, this looks to be a Japanese trailer, just to make things a little bit more confusing.

Watch Robots Pound On Each Other In 'Real Steel' Featurette

See what makes them tick. [post-album postid="216901" item="4"]This behind the scenes look at Real Steel shows us exactly what makes the robots tick. Surprisingly, it's not Andy Serkis. Boxing great Sugar Ray Leonard is the man behind the mo-cap this time, choreographing fight moves with actual boxers (imagine if he played Gollum). Normally I'd make a joke about the spandex and motion-ball outfits, but I value my jaw so I'll let this one slide. Also featured are stars Hugh Jackman and Anthony Mackie, who do their best to act against nothing. I'm talking about the special effects, you guys. Not Evangeline Lilly.

Mr. Belding Has Joined A Rapper's Entourage

Straight outta Bayside. For years, there have been stories about Dennis "Mr. Belding" Haskins trying to trade in his Saved By The Bell cred for some young tail. This story has been corroborated by rapper Action Bronson of all people, who tells Complex: "He’s the homie, [which is why I named the record after him]. He’s a creep. He was [at the show] trying to find some young bitches. The thing is, [I had him come out and introduce me to the crowd at the show], and not everybody at the show knew who he was. He’s [known by] the older generation, not the younger generation. It definitely [went over a couple people’s heads].” Reality show. Now. Make it happen, MTV2. (via Warming Glow)

'Pitch Perfect' Meets 'The Wizard Of Oz'

Not as insufferable as it seems on paper. Todrick Hall teamed up with the group Pentatonix to create this ambitious retelling of The Wizard of Oz by using acapella mashups of popular songs from Frank Ocean, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry and Motley Crue amongst others. As insufferable as that sounds as a pitch, it's actually really well-done and they spared no expense. They even rented a monkey. Let the countdown to Glee stealing their hard work and arrangements begin... now.

'Fantastic Four' Trailer Shows The Team In Action

Meet the clobberers and clobberees. Because the lighthearted approach only created one sequel and a measly $300 million at the box office alone, it was time to reach out dramatically and hit the reset button. Thus, Josh Trank's darker take on The Fantastic Four, a movie about a rubber guy. Now they're younger, multi-racial, and really good at baseball. All of the team's powers are on display here, as are brief hints of Doom, who has traded his smarmy Julian MacMahon mask for metal fused to his skin. I can't decide which is more creepy.
