'The Simpsons' Goes 'Game Of Thrones' (Video)

'The Simpsons' is awesome again, if only for a moment. With the second season premiere of Game of Thrones just four weeks away, our withdrawal is baying inside of us. We want it now and The Simpsons isn't doing anything to quell that hunger. Posted here is the entire intro to last night's episode that sends up the animation style used in Game of Thrones' opening credits. However, instead we travel to the "kingdoms" of Springfield. If only the entire episode parodied Game of Thrones. It would be The Simpsons first talked about show in eight years. Always good to see the monorail getting some use.

Here's A Video Of Every 'Game Of Thrones' Death

Don't worry - it stops at season three if you're not caught up completely. Game of Thrones is a violent show. (You must think I'm an idiot for pointing that out, but every article needs an opening line.) How violent? According to some guys at Digg (remember Digg?), it's 5,179-deaths-in-three-seasons violent. oF course, a lot of that takes place with a huge fire, but still. That's a lot of deaths. Relieve the magic, the stabbings, and the molten-gold-poured-on-heads one more time with this fun clip, and be glad you live in a safer, more secure place. Like 2014 Detroit.

'Fast Five' Interactive Trailer: Click All Over Jordana Brewster

In this trailer for 'Fast Five', you click on stuff and info videos pop-up. Click, click, click. Fun. Traditional movie trailers are broken. When you click on the trailer for, say, Bridesmaids, a mini-video doesn't pop up showing how embarrassed Jon Hamm was to be in the film. Luckily, the folks at Fast Five created a fix to this decades-old problem. Thank you, Vin Diesel and friends. Above is an interactive trailer for Fast Five. You click on stuff and info videos pop-up. There's also a game element, where you try to unlock safes or something. The point is: clicking on trailers is fun. Click, click, click. Fun. You'll see Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Paul Walker and Jordana Brewster in extended clips and behind-the-scenes videos. You'll also learn a lot more about the cars. Of course, that's if you bother to watch the info videos, and aren't just rapid-clicking to find the vaults, like I was doing. I play to win. Fast Five rolls into theaters April 29, 2011.

Melt Your Brain With The First Fourteen Minutes From ‘Game Of Thrones’

The following program contains violence, nudity, adult language, adult content, and other awesome things. It's Monday. The weekend is over and you're having a hard time getting motivated. What can help with this? A second cup of coffee? Being terrified by the sight of mutilated corpses in a snowy forest?? Maybe a Fresca??? Let's go with the corpses. HBO showed a preview of their epic new series "Game Of Thrones" and it's now available online. So while you wait for the April 17th premiere, you can have these haunting visuals running through your mind. I have to say, the thousands of trailers didn't win me over to check out the series but this preview did the trick. "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" is going to look like such an a-hole next to this show. 'Game Of Thrones' Second Season Teaser

"You win or you die." Is this about Words With Friends? HBO had a surprise hit on their hands last year with Game of Thrones, presumably due to all the nudity and decapitations HBO is famous for providing its viewers. And they're doing the smart thing and not letting anybody see any beheadings for free, if this new teaser that just premiered is any indication. Still, you might be into it if you like the show. Enjoy, and try not to speak with a British accent for the rest of the day - unless you actually are British, of course.
