'Spider-Man' Swings Into Traffic While 'Captain America' Unleashes Blue Steel

The Spidey stunt goes wayyy better than his Broadway debut. There have been some good looks at Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man as well as Spidey doing his James Brown over the past few weeks. Now we have a look at Spider-Man in high-flying action. This spy vide taken on the film's set shows a stunt person swinging above traffic. Many online are finding solace in the fact that this is an actual person flying through the air as opposed to a CG creation. For some reason. (via Shockya) There's also a new look at Captain America online via Empire. Here we see Chris Evans again. Suited up like Captain America again. Holding a shield again. That's great. So, how's about just showing us the trailer already?

Can you top the original? Can you at least live up to the original? If so, how? You can by adding Sam Raimi. The first trailer for the Ghost House Pictures update takes the iconic scares from the original and adds the extra oomph you need to terrify today's audiences. Don't be thrown by the PG-13 rating. The original was rated PG and is still widely regarded as one of the scariest films ever made. Poltergeist will be creating a new generation of bed-wetters on July 24th.

Web 2.0: 'Amazing Spider-Man' Teaser

Get to know Peter Parker all over again. [post-album postid="217572" item="1"]Sony's teaser for The Amazing Spider-Man has leaked in advance of Comic-Con. Much like comic book and movie lovers probably did upon viewing the trailer. Overall, it looks like a somewhat darker look at the webslinger. Here, Andrew Garfield's Peter is portrayed as more of a sensitive loner than Tobey Maguire's total nuuurd take on the character. It's a little light on the action but we are privy to a bridge shot where something (most likely the Lizard) is throwing cars into the air with ease as well as a Spidey POV shot as he swings from Manhattan rooftops which looks like a really cool video game intro. Let's hope those effects aren't slated to appear in the final film.

Curt Connors Masturbates At Work In New 'Amazing Spider-Man' Trailer

All those hours alone in the lab... You know what was missing from Raimi's Spider-Man movies? Sick ollies. That injustice has been corrected. The new Australian trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man gives us a glimpse of more the action that The Land Down Under demands. We've got Emma Stone thrown out a window, Spidey and the Lizard tickle-fighting as they fall to their deaths, football skills, and Curt Connors possibly masturbating at his desk. I'd expect that of Dylan Baker, but not you Rhys Ifans.

'Oz: The Great And Powerful' Trailer Gives Us An Origin Story, Mila Kunis

Really great, but only sorta powerful. This much-anticipated Sam Raimi film appears to be everything that we would like a Tim Burton film to be. It's got great effects that seem relevant to the story. It's got central characters that aren't played by Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter. It's got a story, though somewhat familiar, that seems pretty damn crafty and fun. I don't want to get too gushy about a trailer, but Oz: The Great and Powerful looks as though it's oozing originality. And how could it not? It's got Franco!

'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' Teaser Is Here

Yay? In case you weren't in Times Square for New Year's Eve a couple nights ago, have no fear, we've got the Spider-Man teaser that premiered to the crowd there. So you can have the same experience as all those mouth-breathing tourists who herd themselves into the most crowded, obvious terrorism target in the world. As an aside, how odd is that the "treat" that the attendees received was essentially a commercial for a movie? Thy could have at least shown those Anchorman Dodge ads.
