Did you hear one person on there (even those Hollywooders with their fake Boston accents) say “Fahkin”?

NO, because NOBODY in Boston says “fahkin.” Just like nobody (except people doing bad Boston accents) says “Bahston.”

The “ah” sound replaces “ar,” as in “pahk” and “cah” and “fahtha.”

If you can’t do an accent right don’t do it at all.
