'Goonies' Director Richard Donner Says There Will Be A Sequel With Original Cast

The guy who played Sloth, an actor named George Clooney, hasn't confirmed this yet. The Goonies will be back, or so says original director Richard Donner, whom TMZ accosted while he was signing autographs. In no uncertain terms, Donner says in the video, "We're making a Goonies sequel." When asked if the stars will return, he responds, "Hopefully, all of them." Sure. Good luck fitting it into Corey Feldman's filming schedule these days. CAUTION: You have to put up with some stupid incendiary babble from the TMZ video guy to get to the point.

Josh Brolin Puts On Bandana To Talk 'Goonies 2' With Jimmy Fallon

Feldman keeps checking his phone to make sure it's getting service. Over the past few months, a few signs have pointed to the likelihood of seeing a Goonies 2 film before the original cast all become geriatric. Adding fuel to the fire was Josh Brolin, who appeared on Jimmy Fallon in his Goonies character's trademark bandana to talk about The Goonies anniversary, and the hopeful sequel. In keeping with Fallon's style it's all very fun and light-hearted, as a Goonies discussion should be. But it's also nice to see that an actor as successful (and serious) as Josh Brolin still has pride and a sense of humor about films he did much earlier in his career. Take a look and try not to get too much nostalgia on your face.

The New 'Jonah Hex' Trailer is a Tired Rehash of the Original

Megan Fox (Left) speaks with Edward James Olmos (Right) between takes. If the latest installment of the Jonah Hex trailer series is any indication, Hollywood is officially out of ideas. The original trailer, which premiered last month, told the story of the upcoming Jonah Hex movie staring Josh Brolin as the titular cowboy bounty hunter who straddles the world of the living and the dead. The trailer also featured Megan Fox and John Malkovich, and was cheered by fans and critics alike for its non-stop action and witty dialogue.Although the new trailer features the entire original cast, the sequel squanders any good will earned by the first installment. It is nothing more than a tired rehash of its predecessor, devoid of any original ideas whatsoever. Brolin, Fox and Malkovich should be ashamed to be associated with this transparent marketing ploy which seems to have the singular purpose of selling movie tickets to eager fanboys.Watch the pathetic new Jonah Hex trailer after the jump.

Netflix Offers A Trailer For Its First Original Series, 'Lilyhammer'

Fans of Silvio Dante from 'The Sopranos', this is for you. That's right, Lilyhammer. Netflix first (and admittedly, lowest profile when compared to House of Cards and Arrested Development) original series follows The Sopranos' Steven Van Zandt as a mobster (!) who enters the witness protection program in Lillehammer, Norway. Of course, we watch him as a fish out of water in both civil matters, and, presumably, watch him fall back into the Scandinavian underworld. The entire series will be released at once starting on February 6, so you can plow through the eight episode first season run with no waiting. Judging from the trailer, getting through the series should take me about eight hours. This show looks pretty damn good, with a Coen-brothers sensibility; a balance of drama, action, and comedy. Yay February!

The 'Hitman: Agent 47' Trailer is Here Because We Learned Nothing From the Original 'Hitman'

Someone put a bullet in this franchise already. "He’s stronger, faster, more intelligent than other people." So sayeth Spock (Zachary Quinto) about midway through the first trailer for Hitman: Agent 47, a.k.a the reboot of the movie no one wanted to see when it starred someone we actually knew back in 2007. Clearly, Quinto was not referring to anyone involved in this ill-conceived remake while delivering that horrible line of dialogue, as the trailer for Agent 47 manages to cram more cliches into two and a half minutes than its box office bomb of a predecessor was able to do in an hour and a half. A slow motion, CGI gunfight set to one of today's most popular songs? Check. A woman swimming topless in a pool? Check. Oh, and did I mention that Zachary Quinto delivers the line "He’s stronger, faster, more intelligent than other people" with 100% seriousness? Because yeah, that too. Check out the trailer for Hitman: Agent 47 above. It looks like a pile of sh*t, but plenty of things 'splode in it.

Ken Marino Campaigned For His Emmy Nod Shirtless, In A Fireman's Uniform, In The Street

You have to be proactive these days. Ken Marino isn't quite a household name, and right now, his steady gig, the comedy short series Burning Love, isn't exactly blowing up Nielsen boxes. So in order to get some recognition in what he calls the "short form whatever" category, he took to the streets of LA shirtless, wearing a fireman's outfit. Because his character is a firefighter. He yelled "CONSIDER ME!" in front of the Paramount lot while holding a sign that said "For Your Consideration." Will it work? Who cares about short form Emmy categories? This is funny.

Watch The Original '30 Rock' Pilot Starring Rachel Dratch As Jenna

Is like watching TV in an alternate dimension. Where they speak English. Beamed to us from the same alternate universe where Eric Stoltz played Marty McFly in BTTF, comes this original, unaired 30 Rock pilot starring Rachel Dratch in the role of Jenna, before she was replaced by Jane Krakowski. The decision to recast was made when NBC decided to scale back the in-show sketches and go with a more traditional sitcom actress. But Fey wanted to keep her buddy in the mix so decided to have Dratch play a different character in each episode which is a really fun idea like when Loo-Kee would hide in the background of She-Ra: Princess of Power episodes. Only difference is Loo-Kee didn't get totally f*cked by the execs at Filmation.
