Did You Hear That? 'Paranormal Activity 5' Official Trailer

This is a whole new direction for things going bump in the night. This was unexpected. Though Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones won't be in theaters until January and Paranormal Activity 5 won't be out until October of next year, we're still treated to a look at the horror sequel. This time around, we're introduced to a new couple dealing with strange sounds in the night. Though that plot seems familiar, trust that in a short amount of time they take the series in a whole new direction. I must warn that this trailer is NOT for the faint of heart. Watch now, if you dare.

'Paranormal Activity 3' Trailer Goes Back To The 80's

Why does this family videotape their every action? Are they the Kardashians? Taking a page out of JJ Abrams's Super 8 playbook, Paranormal Activity creator Oren Peli has decided to go retro for the third installment of the found footage franchise. This time, rather than filming in the vain of Steven Spielberg, they chose to pay homage to Full House. Or something. At first I was certain that this was a well-produced fan-made video but it seems to be the genuine article. It also looks like it solves the mystery of why these girls have been haunted their entire lives. Hopefully, it will also explain why this family loves to videotape their every move. They're like the Kardashians. Paranormal Activity 3 is directed by the Catfish team of Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman and will be in theaters October 21st, 2011.

'Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones' International Trailer Brings Out The Big Guns

Not sure if awesome or stupid. Leaning toward awesome. The latest international trailer for Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones opens the world up a lot more by showing what happens when Paranormal Activity characters actually leave their haunted homes. Turns out, you can be paranormal activitied just about anywhere. Recent installments in the franchise have gotten a lot of flack for offering little more than slight updates on the established formula. It looks like this Latino-focused spin-off is just entry needed to spice things up, says unintentionally racist blogger.

'Paranormal Activity 2' Trailer Haunts the Interwebs

The trailer for Paranormal Activity 2 has hit the web, and it looks like one scary sonuvabitch, let me tell you! Actually, the first movie looked scary. Obviously it's too soon to tell, but based on the trailer, this one just looks like more of the same. When you beat a dead horse, it loses the scary. Unless, of course, the dead horse stands up and starts biting people, like in my new screenplay, Equine Apocalypse. It reminds me of when I was a child and my little brother scared the hell out of me by banging on my bedroom window at 2:00 am. When he did it every night for the next five years, it wasn't scary any more, it was just annoying. Wait a minute...I don't have a little brother! OH MY GOD! Second 'Paranormal Activity 2' Trailer Here To Give You The Willies

A second trailer for Paranormal Activity 2 has debuted online, and this time we get a much better look at the haunted happenings. If you have a fear of slamming doors, this movie will kill you. Quick note for anyone out there who may be haunted, if a ghost were to kidnap your baby and put it in the middle of the street, put down the camera and save the kid. Unless of course, you're looking to create content for Break.com. In which case, as you were. As you were. Check out the trailer after the jump... 'Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension' Trailer Reveals The Demons

This promises to be the shakiest camera work yet. Just yesterday it was announced that the oft-delayed Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension would be the final in the series, and today we have a trailer. It looks like it was worth the wait. The sixth film focuses on a family that discover mysterious videotapes and an old video camera in their new house. They soon find that peering through the camera's lens reveals the demons that have remained heretofore invisible to the viewer. With this added level of terror, it's promised to be the shakiest camera work yet.

'Paranormal Activity 4' Trailer: It's Not Safe To Go Back In The Microsoft Kinect

Move over, clown doll from 'Poltergeist'. Just as the 1980's-set Paranormal Activity 3 terrorized us via a Teddy Ruxpin doll, the fourth installment seeks to give us chills via today's hottest toy. Also, it serves as a chilling reminder that toys have really improved over the last 24 years. In addition to Microsoft Kinect-centric scares, the new trailer for Paranormal Activity 4 also sets us up a bit more with the film's plot. After a demonically-possessed woman is sent to the hospital, her kidnapped nephew is left to stay with the neighbors (Nevada law). From there, the camera and technology obsessed family notice strange happenings occuring around their young houseguest. If this family values their chandeliers and furniture AT ALL, they'll turn that kid over to the proper authorities asap.
