No wonder nerds like comic books so much. In the first proper Captain America trailer, heroism and hot girls are just a government experiment away. If only reality were so forgiving of nerd‘s wispy frames. Chris Evans, you’re not, fan boys.

It’s a little bothersome that around the 1:50 mark, they underutilize Captain ‘Merica by only arming him with a pistol. A prototypical government killing machine should get flame thrower or higher.

The production design looks tight. (Think The Rocketeer, but good) The Nazi’s are scary, as they were in real life, and it ends with a dumb little one-liner, as big budget action movies are required to by federal law. Enjoy your first look.
