Omar Comin’ To Community College

In what will surely go down as The Best News Of The Weekend, the beloved NBC sitcom Community will have none other than Michael K Williams – who played the legendary Omar Little on The Wire (among other things) – as the group’s primary onscreen teacher in the third season. As if that wasn’t cool enough, he’s “playing an ex-con who teaches the study group’s Biology class.”

So, I guess I’m supposed to maintain some kind of journalistic objectivity here but the potential of this news has got me so excited that I can barely hold down my Honey Nut, much less type out a coherent sentence. I just hope Pierce doesn’t trust Prop Joe to handle security for his weekly poker game. Wait, which show is this? (HitFix)
