Obama’s Favorite Character From ‘The Wire’ Is Omar? Oh, Indeed.

"Tax revenue ain't got no owners, just spenders."

Oh, man. He loves gay people! He loves black people! He is tacitly condoning stealing from small businesses! Or, he just really likes the homosexual rogue that makes his living robbing from drug dealers like a corn-rowed Robin Hood.

During an appearance on Bill Simmons’ Grantland B.S. Report podcast, Barack Obama talked sports for most of the time, but with time running down, he spoke with Simmons about his favorite character from The Wire, Omar Little.

The President echoed most everyone’s sentiments when asked who his favorite character on The Wire was, replying, “It’s got to be Omar, right? I mean, that guy is unbelievable, right? I mean, what a combination. And that was one of the best shows of all time.”

Yup. Which is why I propose that Obama shoot a low-budget campaign commercial, possibly starring Michael K. Williams, with the tagline for the incumbent being, “Mitt Romney – When you come at the king, you best not miss.”
