Larry David’s Going To Broadway Before Thinking About New ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ Epsidodes

If that guys starts strangling Larry David, that's would encapsulate my feelings regarding this news.

Who told Larry David it was ok to put his day job on the back burner to pursue new professional challenges? Ws it you? Because it’s SCREWING EVERYTHING UP.

Two days ago, it was announced that the Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm braintrust was heading to Broadway to star in a play about a death in the family called Fish in the Dark. Fine, whatever. Give something to the NYC tourists.

Welp, today it’s announced that with a March 5th premiere, and who knows how long the thing will run, David won’t be thinking about new Curb episodes until he’s shed this obligation. That’s bad, and it means it could be 18 months or so until we see his charming visage on TV. This isn’t the first delay in filming of the HBO comedy, and we can take solace in hoping that as long as he gets to set production of the show around his own schedule, he won’t have an excuse to ever stop doing it.
