Unsurprisingly, HBO has decided that Comic-Con is a pretty good forum to talk up its shows about knights and vampires, making the”True Blood” and “Game of Thrones” panels appointment television for thousands of the attendees. Also unsurprisingly, Fox has decided that Comic-Con was an appropriate venue for almost ALL of its scripted shows. “Bob’s Burgers” is going to find an audience or die trying.

Both networks were courteous enough to issue press releases containing the schedules and the info. I know two PR departments that are getting muffin baskets this Christmas…

Because it features more nudity and violence, we’ll start with HBO:

I agree. I really like the show, but I was very skeptical it would find an audience. The fact that Fox has said “Sunday is our day for animation, so deal with it” might be the show’s saving grace.
