FX Is Giving Eddie Izzard Another Chance To Fail
Eddie Izzard may have struck out with “The Riches,” but that’s not enough reason for FX to not let him have another turn at bat.
He’s back with a new drama project where he’ll play a disgraced former Congressman. After a sex scandal costs him his job, he becomes an aggressive political fixer. Job duties entail he blackmail, steal, and use guns in a threatening manner. I’m sure he’ll also find a way to end up in drag on the series. Cheeky monkey. (Deadline)

I thoroughly enjoyed The Riches while it lasted. FX has a tendency to have great shows. and Eddie Izzard is a total beast.
