ABC Disappoints Nanas Nationwide By Canceling ‘All My Children’ & ‘One Life To Live’

Thursday, April 14 by

You have some difficult news to give your Nan-Nan. After a combined 84 years of blandly-produced melodrama, ABC is canceling soap operas “One Life To Live” and “All My Children.” Two shows that I definitely don’t watch no matter what you may have heard because whatever you heard definitely is not even remotely a little bit true because it’s wrong and you’re wrong for hearing that. Yeah, you are the one who sounds like a jerk.

Anyways, Kelly Ripa‘s husband can now officially become a stay-at-home dad. ABC plans to replace the shows with “Chew,” a show starring various TV chefs that celebrates the world of food, and “The Revolution,” a show that follows a different woman each week to chronicle a five-month weight loss process. Jeez ABC, conflicting signals there. Should I love food or want to lose weight? GOD! I’m so confused. I won’t le High School Me take control again. I just won’t!!

General Hospital” remains safe for the time-being. But watch your ass, James Franco. (Deadline)
