The nominations for the 63rd Primetime Emmys were announced this morning. There were some pleasant surprises (Friday Night Lights, Louis C.K.), and then there were some inexcusable snubs (Community, Nick Offerman). We here at Screen Junkies like to imagine how certain nominees and passed over favorites would react if honesty were allowed in the media. Here are 10 truthful celebrity reactions.

"I have Ray Romano to thank, for surrounding himself with better actors."

- Andre Braugher, Men of a Certain Age

"I honestly feel like this year is my year. The episode 'The Suitcase' allowed me to showcase a side of me the audience hadn't previously witnessed. And it has nothing to do with that fact the Bryan Cranston was ineligible this time around."

- Jon Hamm, Mad Men

"I'm grateful that Jon Hamm finally has a chance to win Best Actor. My mantel doesn't have room for another accolade."

- Bryan Cranston, three-time Emmy winner for Breaking Bad

"The Academy's oversight only further proliferates the immutable truth that intelligent comedic tete-a-tete can only delve so far into esoteric terrain before pedestrian tolerance levels become so over exerted that they crumble. How many times do I have to make Alison and Gillian make-out before you lavish me with awards?"

- Dan Harmon, creator of Community

"I appreciate the Academy's willingness to not watch the last season of'Dexter'."

- Michael C. Hall, Dexter

"I just can't wait for the host to make a joke about my height. The punchline will be me banging his wife."

- Peter Dinklage, Game of Thrones

"If I win, I'm giving the award to Nick Offerman's mustache."

- Amy Poehler, Parks and Recreation

"For the love of God, please just let me go back home to my family in England already. I mean, you're too kind."

- Hugh Laurie, House

"Ya'll, seriously? Seriously, ya'll? Ya'll can't be serious. ...Seriously, ya'll?"

- Connie Britton, Friday Night Lights

"The Academy is a bunch of c*nts."

- Kurt Sutter, creator of Sons of Anarchy
