On a laptop
Make sure you have a solid internet connection. Whether you are streaming or downloading to watch "Dragon Ball Z" episodes, the experience won't be as good if your internet connection is bad. Also keep in mind that a slow internet connection isn't going to be ideal. If your download stops in the middle because you loose the connection you will have to start all over again.
Go to Google and search for 'watch Dragon Ball Z episodes', or just "Dragon Ball Z". Because of the series' huge and lasting popularity there are dozens of sites on the web that have the episodes available to watch or download. Be sure to look for the uncut originals, the edited versions are cut short and missing parts. Also, beware of viruses.
Start your download/streaming. Depending on what site or method you are using, a new window could open or the completed file will end up in your downloads folder.
Open the file to watch the "Dragon Ball Z" episode. Provided you have the right program, it will start playing immediately. If you don't have the right program, you will have to download it before you can watch "Dragon Ball Z" episodes.

Press play. Some DVD allow you to skip past the trailers and some don't, depending on which DVD you have you might have to watch the trailers before you can get to the DVD menu. Once the menu appears you can choose to watch all the "Dragon Ball Z" episodes on the DVD nonstop or you can choose a single episode.
