The “One Tree Hill” cast is well-known to lovers of teen and young adult drama. And basketball. The show premiered on the WB network in 2003 and after the WB and UPN merged into the CW network in 2006, “One Tree Hill” continued to air on the new network. The “One Tree Hill” cast grew and changed a lot over the years.

  1. James Lafferty Lafferty plays Nathan Scott, younger half-brother to Lucas Scott (portrayed by Chad Michael Murray). While the actor had appeared in other TV shows and made-for-TV movies before “One Tree Hill,” the part of Nathan Scott can easily be considered his first truly significant role. In 2008, Lafferty “S. Darko,” the sequel to the 2001 cult classic “Donnie Darko.”

  2. Bethany Joy Galeotti Haley James Scott, played by Bethany Joy Galeotti, is Nathan Scott’s long-time love interest. Galeotti started working as a professional actress when she was twelve years old and appeared in countless movies and TV shows before joining the “One Tree Hill” cast. Currently, Galeotti is pursuing a music career. She also own a restaurant called Galeotti’s with husband Michael Galeotti.

  3. Sophia Bush Sophia Bush plays Brooke Davis and is one of Lucas Scott’s love interests. After appearing in many big screen movies and TV shows, including “Van Wilder” and “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,” Bush became part of the “One Tree Hill” cast. Bush has an active movie career. Notably, she starred in the 2007 remake of “The Hitcher,” a horror classic from 1986. 

  4. Lee Norris Norris joined the “One Tree Hill” cast as Marvin McFadden, more fondly known as Mouth. While not technically a lead character on the show, Mouth is a favorite with many fans. Norris also played Stuart Minkus on the popular ABC sitcom “Boy Meets World.”

  5. Jackson Brundage In season five Jackson Brundage joined the “One Tree Hill” cast as Jamie Scott, Nathan and Haley’s son. Born in January 2001, Jackson began his acting career in 2006. Along with his "One Tree Hill" role, he has guest starred on the television shows “NCIS” and “Las Vegas.”
