90210 Cast

Starring in the sequel/spin-off of a cultural phenomena meant that the “90210” cast had a lot to live up to. Its predecessor, “Beverly Hills, 90210” aired on the Fox network from 1990 to 2000 and calling it a success is something of an understatement. While “90210” hasn’t quite reached the same heights, the night time soap still has plenty of loyal fans. There are plenty of new faces in the “90210” cast, but some familiar faces have also made appearances since the show’s premiere.

Shenae Grimes

While “90210” has an ensemble cast, Annie Wilson, played by Shenae Grimes, can be considered the main protagonist. Born in 1989, this Canadian actress isn’t completely new to the world of teen drama. She also appeared as Darcy Edwards in “Degrassi: The Next Generation.”

Tristan Wilds

Annie’s adopted brother, Dixon Wilson, is played by Tristan Wilds. Also born in 1989, this New York native is probably best known for his role on the HBO series “The Wire.” Tristan is also actively pursuing a music career.

Rob Estes

Annie and Dixon’s father, Harry Wilson, is played by Rob Estes. Outside of “90210,” millions of fans probably know him from the popular crime drama “Silk Stalkings.” Estes appeared on that show as Sergeant Chris Lorenzo from 1991 to 1995.

Jennie Garth

Jennie Garth is a well-known face from the original “Beverly Hills, 90210” cast. In the new “90201,” she reprised her role as Kelly Taylor. This time around, she acted as school guidance counselor to a new generation of Beverly Hills students.

Shannen Doherty

Shannen Doherty is yet another familiar face from the original “Beverly Hills, 90210” cast. In the spin-off, she reprised her role as Brenda Walsh. In “90210,” Brenda (now a successful stage actress and director) returns to her ol high school to direct a musical.
