In this “30 Rock” quote we see how out of touch Liz is with dating. When a guy tries to buy Liz a drink, she says that she already has one and ends the conversation.  

Liz: "I had a boyfriend, Dennis. I'm sure he was an idiot, but he made great chili and he didn't care if I watched TV during sex." This “30 Rock” quote summarizes Liz Lemon’s personal life. She is always getting into the wrong relationships and selling herself short. In this quote she tells people how boring her previous relationship was.
