What you need to make Rachael Ray Show recipe Hot Reuben Dip:

  • a cup of Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound of chopped corned beef
  • an 8 ounce package of cream cheese – room temperature
  • a cup of sour cream
  • 2 tbsp catsup
  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup of sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 package rye cocktail bread squares

 How to make Rachael Ray Show Recipe:

  1. Preheat oven. First step is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients together. In a large bowl, combine half of the Swiss cheese and all other ingredients together except the bread squares.
  3. Put into oven safe baking dish. Scrape the mixture into a baking dish and then top with the other half of the Swiss cheese.
  4. Cook for twenty minutes. Allow the dip to cook for twenty minutes, which will allow it to heat through.
  5. Turn on broiler. The last few minutes, turn on the broiler so that you can brown the cheese on top of the dip.
  6. Serve with bread squares. Once the dip is finished, serve to guests along with the rye cocktail bread squares.
