MTV Movie Awards 2010 winners are dominated by "Twilight" and "The Hangover." Each award is humorous and tailors to the MTV target demographic. The acceptance speeches served as a chance for fans to watch their favorite actors improvise an award speech as well as.

  1. Best Movie. Without a doubt, the winner of MTV's Best Movie Award went to "Twilight." Twi-hards across the globe had their hearts skip a beat when their favorite franchise won this award. Its no wonder why this movie won the Best Movie award with its effects and, Robert Pattinson.
  2. Best Comedic Performance. Zack Galifianakis took down the competition with his role in "The Hangover." MTV Movie Awards for 2010 went with the risky, comedic genius that is Zack Galifiankis. Even better, the acceptance speech may be one of the funniest in MTV Movie Award history.
  3. Best Male Performance. Surprise, Surprise! This award was happily given to the beautiful Robert Pattinson for his role in as Edward Cullen in "Twilight." Girls, the world-over swooned as Robert took the stage. His acceptance was humble and straight forward.
