"American Idol" loves to entertain the nation and the funny "American Idol" auditions 2011 lineup has shaped up to be one of the best of the entire series. From poor Lady Gaga impersonations to awkward questions to transformers, this season has been a blast for the audience. Here are the funniest auditions of the year:

Gabriel Franks sings "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga. Not the first or last Lady Gaga impersonator at the "American Idol" auditions this year. Gabriel of Baton Rouge, Louisiana should have chosen a song from a person he actually looks like. We didn’t need Randy to point out this guy looks like a young Steve Tyler. Too bad he chose a song he couldn’t possibly pull off!

Achille Lovle's sings "Dress You Up" by Madonna. Achille might actually have a decent voice, but chose to use it incorrectly. Madonna is not within the right vocal range for this woman!

Yoji "Pop" Asano sings "Party in the USA" by Miley Cyrus. First, it is important to note that the “singers” who audition for "American Idol" with their own nicknames rarely make it on the show. Good thing the judges didn’t have to make their decision on this alone.

Vernika Patterson's sings "Loving You" by Minnie Riperton. Not only did this girl ruin the first and second attempts she made at the song, she took the “no” from the judges with absolutely no dignity. Anyone with insecurity issues like that doesn’t belong in this competition.

Ashley Sullivan sings "Gimme Gimme" by Thoroughly Modern Millie. It is understandable to have jitters when auditioning for "American Idol." Jennifer Lopez gave Ashley some sound career advice for what to do with all of that energy.

Inessa Lee sings "All Out of Love" by Air Supply. Inessa made a fool of herself before she even got on stage. Good thing she already has a budding musical career on the web. The best advice for her? “Don’t quit your day job!”

Matt "Big Stats" Frankel sings "Jenny From the Block" by Jennifer Lopez. Matt immediately introduces himself as CEO of MSFP. The issue with Matt might just be that his attention is divided amongst too many things. Of course, it could just be that he has no talent!

Brett Loewenstern sings "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen. Brett actually made it to Hollywood because he performed well during his "American Idol" audition. The funny part of this clip is the entire conversation before he sings.

Drew Beaumier (AKA “Transformer Man”) sings "Born to Be Wild" by Steppenwolf. The affectionately named “Transformer Man” showed up to entertain the judges rather than to sing. His voice was pretty good, but he forgot the words of the song and missed the entire point of the show.

Kody Zalewski sings "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga. Yes, another horrible Gaga impersonator in "American Idol." The trouble is Kody associated his voice with Frank Sinatra, ruined a Lady GaGa song and had the creepy audacity to ask for a sip of Randy Jackson’s Coke!
