David White died in 1990 at the age of 74 in North Hollywood, California.

  5. Agnes Moorehead Actress Agnes Moorehead starred as Endora, Samantha Stephens' mother on "Bewitched." Agnes Moorehead was born in Clinton, Massachusetts, in 1900. She was a prolific actor with more than 110 roles to her name. Agnes Moorehead starred in "Citizen Kane," "Hush... Hush Sweet Charlotte" and "Jane Eyre." She also acted on Broadway. Agnes Moorehead died in 1974 in Rochester, Minnesota, at the age of 73.
