"Pinky and The Brain" quotes are numerous, as this surprisingly popular after school cartoon not only drew in a large number of kids and teenagers, who were it's target audience, but also adults as well, as the comedy was broad and could be appreciated at all levels. This is why the show ran for a number ofseasons. The show was about two mice, one who is a genius and one who is his sidekick, who try to conquer the world each night. This means their quotes were numerous and funny.

  1. "This is the Earth. And this is Pinky. You can tell the difference quite easily. One is a lump of inert matter hurtling blindly through the void. The other... is the Earth." This hilarious "Pinky and The Brain" quote shows the quality of the writing on this cartoon show. It also sets up The Brain and Pinky's ongoing relationship, of the smart one and the dumb one.

  2. "Pinky, are you pondering wha I am pondering?" This "Pinky and the Brain" quote is repeated throughout the show, setting up a funny, incredibly dumb response from Pinky each time. Answers would include "I think so Brain... but if they called them sad meals, no one would buy them" or "I think so Brain... but do I really need two tongues?" This was a staple of each episode of the show.

  3. "The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Take over the world." This "Pinky and the Brain" quote was one of the most often quoted by fans and other parts of pop culture, as it was something that The Brain said to Pinky after asking him what they are going to do that night at the beginning of each episode. Another staple of each episode of the show.

  4. "Charlie Sheen, Ben Vereen, shrink to the size of a lime bean." This "Pinky and the Brain" quote is what The Brain would chant every time he was trying shrink down to a smaller size to try to accomplish something. It's funny, especially considering Charlie Sheen is mentioned (who always seems funny these days).

  5. "The entire world will beg to bow before me, their charismatic despot." This "Pinky and the Brain" quote shows how full of himself The Brain is and how convinced he is that he will one day take over the world. Talk about a true Napoleon complex.
