Sitcoms and the word “smart” don’t come into contact very often, and usually when they do you end up with some snooty piece of crap like Frasier or Sports Night. But Tina Fey’s show about the inner-workings of a fictionalized NBC is one of the funniest shows on TV thanks to its wit. Sure, it gets a lot of hype, but most of it is deserved. Tracy Morgan and Alec Baldwin are perfect as a maniac and an egomaniacal jerk, respectively. They even throw in a bunch of web memes here and there for the super nerds among us. What other show in primetime have you heard reference Lemon Party? Not many. Plus, any show with another fake show inside of it called, Milf Island has to be a winner.

Chicks to watch for: Tina Fey, Jane Krakowski and Katrina Bowden.

On tonight's episode of 30 Rock we find Liz and Jack attending an exclusive dinner party hosted by Gavin Volure, the ex-CEO of a company called Sunsteam. Jack describes Gavin as god like, but now a reclusive. After introducing himself to Jack and Liz they are surprised to see that the host of the party Jack has been in awe about is actually the person playing piano behind them.
