It’s been literally hours since I read about a new movie of his to be coming out. Well, lest you worry about how he’s going to pay for his, I dunno, ghost puppets or whatever the hell he needs all this money to buy, there’s good news ahead: Director Michele Soavi wants Cage to star in his upcoming movie Treasure of Pompeii. The movie is going to be a Goonies-style romp “about some boys’ adventures in Pompeii, the dead Roman city near the Vesuvius volcano, while searching for a hidden treasure.”

Cage hasn’t been signed, and it’s not clear that he’s even interested in the role, but since he’s interested in every role, he’s probably interested in the role. (via SlashFilm)
