But, once you see it, it’s actually kind of cool. The opening sequence is almost Hitchcockian in the way that it builds suspense around something benign (although laser eye surgery is pretty scary on its own), and the “kill or be killed” premise is kind of cool.  Tony Todd is here too! See? Fate’s not so bad.

Anyway, apparent Final Destination star Tony Todd recently had this to say about the possibility of additional sequels to the 5nal adventure:

“Thumbs up! Thumbs way up. They expanded my part, and the producer told me as we were leaving Vancouver that if it opens at Number 1 – which statistically it has – they’re going to shoot the next two simultaneously.”

So basically, they’re going to keep churning this shit out until people stop going to see it. I’m going to buy multiple tickets for all of these, so I can see how they’re going to incorporate the numbers into the titles. You do the same and we might live to see F15nal Destin8tion. (via SlashFilm)
