A great snack to enjoy while watching these films is Ambien.
These bowl cuts are the best bowl cuts.
At this point, I’m half-expecting the producers to announce they have just signed on Christian Slater to play some long-lost fourth stooge.
Nyuck nyuck ouch.
‘The Three Stooges’ cast – Will Sasso, Sean Hayes, the recently confirmed Chris Diamantopoulos – are all TV actors. Now that will change. *Thunder*
This surely won’t ruffle any feathers.
A role is his for the taking.
Sadly, casting Chris Diamantopoulos as Moe still makes more sense than the Sean Hayes thing.
While Will Sasso has been cast as Curly, and Sean Hayes landed the role of Larry, the fate of Moe is still up in the air.
The role of Larry, once rumored to be played by Oscar winning actor Sean Penn, will instead go to Sean Hayes (“Will and Grace”). Those are two very different Seans.
The Farrelly Brothers need actors more… in their current league. They got Will Sasso from “MadTV.”
Can Sasso deliver a convincing eye-jab?
The ‘Jackass’ star has backed out of the Farrelly Brothers’ reboot of ‘The Three Stooges’, but may become an official mustache rider instead.
While they haven’t found the right knuckleheads for their Three Stooges film, the Farrelly Brothers have mentioned a few of the folks who have been approached. They’ve got some tough choices ahead of them.
Benicio Del Toro has been making audiences laugh in movies like Traffic and 21 Grams for a long time now. And it looks like the beloved joker may have found his next crack-’em-up role in Moe of The Three Stooges.
The pair, along with Australian comic Shane Jacobson, would play Larry, Curly and Moe, characters that were previously tied to Benicio del Toro, Sean Penn and Jim Carrey.
Are the Farrelly brothers about to escape development hell? Maybe. Twentieth Century Fox is taking over the brothers’ long-awaited modern day The Three Stooges adaptation, pulling the project from the clammy grip of the now-officially-bankrupt MGM.
The Three Stooges movie may be dead. At least, according to serious actor, Jim Carrey (Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, Batman Forever). He shot down any hope of seeing him portray Curly in The Farrelly Brothers stab at the classic masochists. His main reason? Jim Carrey does not fat suit.
Sean Penn was attached to play Larry in the Farrelly Brothers' big screen The Three Stooges film last winter. Shortly after, he dropped out to work on his marriage with actress Robin Wright Penn. The couple have since decided to call it quits once and for all and so with that news, Penn is back on board Stooges alongside Benicio Del Toro's Moe. Problem is, noted actor and craft services fan Paul Giamatti picked up the Larry role after Penn put hoes before Farrelly Bros.Earlier plans were to hold a nationwide American Idol-esque casting call to find an actor who could take on the role of Curly. Perhaps Giamatti could fill those shoes with his porcine feet. Heck, he'll do anything. Can the star of Shoot 'Em Up really claim that a role is beneath him? (WENN)
