		<description><![CDATA[First a Spider-Man reboot, now this.]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.screenjunkies.com/video/david-lynch-wants-you-to-make-his-music-video/" target="_blank">David Lynch</a>&#8216;s 1980 film <em>The Elephant Man </em>is one of the most revered and popular classics of the 80s. Many of its elements, like the famous &#8220;<a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/movies/films/i-am' class='linkify' target='_blank'>I am</a> not an animal!&#8221; speech are still known to people who have never even heard of <em>The Elephant Man</em>, let alone actually sat down and watched it. So I guess it&#8217;s inevitable then that a Hollywood studio is going to remake it. Or &#8211; to put it more accurately, Silver Nitrate Entertainment has purchased the rights to a book on the life of <a href="http://www.screenjunkies.com/movies/movie-lists/15-of-the-ugliest-characters-of-all-time/" target="_blank">severely disfigured</a> Joseph Merrick, the subject of the original movie. But producer Ash Shah is said to be basically approaching this as a remake anyway, something he doesn&#8217;t deny in this recent statement:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;There is a whole generation of people who are unfamiliar with Merrick&#8217;s incredible story, having not been exposed to Lynch&#8217;s 1980 film. We&#8217;re confident that an interesting filmmaker can bring this compassionate story to a whole new audience. Merrick&#8217;s life is a testament to what the human spirit can endure and what life truly should be.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Well, that sounds promising. No word yet on who that &#8220;interesting filmmaker&#8221; could be, or on casting. Who do you think would be good for the role of Joseph Merrick? <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/zac-efron-645/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>Zac Efron</a>? <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/chris-hemsworth-208/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>Chris Hemsworth</a>, maybe? <description><![CDATA[A mutation is defined as a genetic change or abnormality that makes a person really gross. ]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Over the past week, Hazel Jones has been popping up in the darndest places, and all because she’s a hot 23 year-old girl with two vaginas. To the <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/naked-633/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>naked</a> eye, nothing seems awry, but she found later in her life that she was born with two uteruses (uteri?), cervixes, and vaginas. While this may sound wacky, some doctors guess that 1 in 3,000 women have the condition, which allows them to lose their virginity twice and experience two periods, so, you know, twice the fun and whatnot.</p>
<p>UPDATE: IT&#8217;S BEEN REPORTED&#8230;sorry. Caps lock was on&#8230;It&#8217;s been reported that Hazel has recently been offered $1 million to star in an adult film that will presumably feature both her vaginas. Hazel has shown off both her vaginas at sex clubs in the U.K., so taking up this offer isn&#8217;t outside the realm of possibility. Does this mean that the record for &#8220;most simultaneous penetrations&#8221; will be increased by one. Or two or three?</p>
<p>Only time will tell.</p>
<p><iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ARxfNM3vBrI" frameborder="0" width="420" height="315"></iframe></p>
<p>UPDATE II: If you want to see a <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5L4ATxMsdA&#038;feature=youtu.be" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">medical video featuring the double vagina</a>, you can do so on <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/youtube-968/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>YouTube</a>. Thanks to <a href="http://filmdrunk.uproxx.com/2012/01/hazel-joness-two-vaginas-are-freely-available-on-youtube" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">FilmDrunk </a>for making the find.</p>
<p>Along with the presentation of her &#8220;gift&#8221; to the aforementioned fetish clubs and showing her double-barrel vagina to any woman who asks to see it, Jones recently posed, clothed, in Bizarre magazine, so she’s certainly owning this trait and not living in shame. So while you, dear reader, mull over the question of whether this makes her more or less appealing than a “regular” uni-vagged girl, please take a moment and <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/review-504/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>review</a> our list of the best mutants in film.</p>
<h4>Three-Breasted Whore – <em>Total Recall</em></h4>
<p><a href="http://cdn2.screenjunkies.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Screen-shot-2012-01-19-at-9.53.12-AM.png"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-242961" title="Screen shot 2012-01-19 at 9.53.12 AM" src="http://cdn2.screenjunkies.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/Screen-shot-2012-01-19-at-9.53.12-AM.png" alt="" width="450" height="310" /></a></p>
<p>Again, the extra <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/breast/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>breast</a> thing is a matter of taste, but I can say that the third breast didn&#8217;t do much for me. That said, this list isn’t about me. Many, many Americans, and possibly Canadians, enjoy the tri-boobed hooker, so she makes the list. I find it a bit silly, as I never have thought to myself, “Gee, I wish this girl I was hooking up with had one more thing on her body I had to stimulate and negotiate. I’m not searching for degree-of-dificulty here. I would rather have a girl with <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/nine-23/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>nine</a> tongues or a caterpillar clitoris or something that gave ME pleasure rather than yet another body part I need to focus on. Anyway, here’s your three-breasted whore. Enjoy.</p>
<h4>Brundlefly – <em>The Fly</em></h4>
<p><iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/TTu9-ByGoyI" frameborder="0" width="420" height="315"></iframe></p>
<p><a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/jeff-goldblum-432/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>Jeff Goldblum</a> in mutated fly form is pretty much a lateral move from regular Jeff Goldblum, so I’m not phased at all by by the fact that he vomits on his food, or his ears fall off on the reg. It’s all good! I hope he doesn’t vomit on my hand, but there’s no need to single him out. I hope none of my <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/friends-519/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>friends</a> vomit on my hand. That’s crappy behavior.</p>

<description><![CDATA[If I was forced to watch a circus film, I'd choose from one of the following nine options, since they contain less in the way of twinkish vampires.]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://cdn2.screenjunkies.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Water-for-Elephants.jpg"><img src="http://cdn2.screenjunkies.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Water-for-Elephants-e1303240635697.jpg" alt='' title="Water-for-Elephants" width="550" height="365" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-207765" /></a></p>
<p><em><a href="http://www.screenjunkies.com/Video/robert-pattinson-breaks-circus-law-in-new-water-for-elephants-trailer/" target="_blank">Water for Elephants</a></em> tells the story of a blond lawyer, a vampire, and a Nazi who all get jobs at <a href="http://www.screenjunkies.com/movies/movie-news/dead-circus-with-michael-c-hall-and-melissa-leo-is-not-about-murder-at-cirque-du-soleil/" target="_blank">the circus</a>. And based on the name alone, I&#8217;m sure it will go down as one of the greatest circus films of all time. Rest assured, I&#8217;m not just saying that because the studio is paying us. </p>
<p>Wait, the studio really isn&#8217;t paying? In that case, there is no way in hell I&#8217;ll ever sit through this film. First of all, circuses make me sad. Second, the name alone is enough to keep me away. Third, if I was forced to watch a circus film, I&#8217;d choose from one of the following nine options, instead, since they contain less in the way of twinkish vampires.</p>
<h4><em>At the Circus</em> &#8211; (1939)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="<a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/youtube-968/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>YouTube</a> video player&#8221; width=&#8221;550&#8243; height=&#8221;339&#8243; src=&#8221;http://www.youtube.com/embed/2lXx6NBt2Cc?rel=0&#8243; frameborder=&#8221;0&#8243; allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>In <em>At the Circus</em>, The Marx <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/movies/films/Brothers' target='_blank'>Brothers</a> try to save a failing circus from bankruptcy. As you&#8217;d expect, they are successful. And as you&#8217;d expect, there&#8217;s no shortage of cheesy gorilla suits.</p>
<h4><em>Killer Klowns From Outer Space</em> &#8211; (1988)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="550" height="339" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/fHXy8DpF5k0?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>This is one of the dumbest films ever made. But like <em>Troll 2</em> or <em>The Room</em>, it&#8217;s so bad, you can&#8217;t help but watch. The premise is simple: Aliens resembling <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/clowns/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>clowns</a> arrive on earth and begin harvesting people to place in their cotton-candy cocoons. If that doesn&#8217;t terrify you, maybe you should stick with <em>Attack of the Killer Tomatoes</em>.</p>
<h4><em>Freaks</em> &#8211; (1932)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="550" height="443" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/1CEDXyQ72Hc?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>Notable for its time, <em>Freaks</em> cast real circus performers rather than actors in makeup, a fact that gives the film an extremely creepy vibe. But if there&#8217;s one thing to be learned from this movie, it&#8217;s that you shouldn&#8217;t judge a book by its cover. If there&#8217;s another lesson to be learned, it&#8217;s stay away from <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/freaks/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>freaks</a>, because of you get on their bad side, they will gang up and stab you to death.</p>
<h4><em>Big Top Pee-wee</em> &#8211; (1988)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="550" height="443" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/MBhnFD9wNPY?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>It&#8217;s hard to believe that when this circus-themed film came out in 1998, the kissing-scene was criticized for being too risque for children. Luckily, three years later <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/movies/films/paul' target='_blank'>Paul</a> Reubens (Pee-wee) was arrested in a <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/porno-23/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>porno</a> theater, which kind of took the heat off.</p>
<h4><em>Something Wicked This Way Comes</em> &#8211; (1983)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="550" height="443" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Up7KHbJTmoo?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>Based on a story by Ray Bradbury, <em>Something Wicked This Way Comes</em> tells the tale of Mr. Dark, an evil circus owner who grants people their childhood wishes, but not without horrible, unforeseen consequences. It&#8217;s a lot like <em>The Monkey&#8217;s Paw</em>, except with less Monkeys, and more Jason Robards. That&#8217;s a good trade, in my opinion.</p>
<h4><em>The Greatest Show On Earth</em> &#8211; (1952)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="550" height="443" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ggnE9DyX0yE?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>Legendary director Cecil B. DeMille&#8217;s classic, <em>The Greatest Show On Earth</em>, comes across as a documentary despite being a fictional tale. This is because his actors actually trained to perform the acts of their characters, and actual circus performers were used throughout the film. Despite the realism, there is no scene where a red-hot poker is shoved up an elephant&#8217;s ass in order to make it dance.</p>
<h4><em>The Elephant Man</em> &#8211; (1980)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="550" height="339" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ye4YTZOq2fk?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>Apparently, circuses and carnival side shows were a lot less <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/family-focused/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>family friendly</a> in 19th Century <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/europe-685/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>Europe</a>. <em>The Elephant Man</em> tells the story of Joseph Merrick, whose facial deformities earned him the &#8220;elephant man&#8221; nickname. Merrick ended up touring in a sideshow before being rescue by a kindly surgeon. Directed by <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/david-lynch-824/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>David Lynch</a>, it&#8217;s clearly one of his more straightforward, linear films. As such, he felt no need to compensate with random lesbianism, which is my only real criticism.</p>
<h4><em>The Circus</em> &#8211; (1928)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="550" height="443" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/U9BinpcqWGM?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>Like The Marx <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/movies/films/brothers' target='_blank'>Brothers</a>, the setting of a <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/charlie-chaplin/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>Charlie Chaplin</a> film is somewhat irrelevant. His beloved Tramp character finds humor wherever he goes. In this film, he&#8217;s at the circus. Hilarity ensues. That is all.</p>
<h4><em>Dumbo</em> &#8211; (1941)</h4>
<p align=center><iframe title="YouTube video player" width="550" height="443" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/ZY3Hol814Lo?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>One of Disney&#8217;s most popular <a href='http://www.screenjunkies.com/tag/cartoons-36/' class='linkify' target='_blank'>cartoons</a>, <em>Dumbo</em>, tells the story of a baby circus elephant who is cruelly mocked for his large ears. However, through hard work and perseverance, Dumbo manages to turn his perceived flaw into an asset, teaching himself to fly using his ears as wings. Of course, this film might seem quaint, given that the bullied children of today can simply enact a school shooting to get back at their tormentors. Even so, the film contains some of the most celebrated depictions of circus life in the history of cinema.</p>
