The major studios may have decided not to show their work, but that doesn’t mean Comic-Con 2011 won’t be awesome. Though Warner Bros doesn’t have plans to show us what their Dark Knights or Supermen are gonna look like, they’re making up for it by bringing along their television stars.

Superfans will have the chance to touch their favorite actors from shows like “Chuck,” “Alcatraz,”"Fringe,” “Nikita,” “The Vampire Diaries,” “Children’s Hospital,” “Person Of Interest,” “The Secret Circle,” and for the first time in convention history, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles of “Supernatural.” But please limit your touches to under two seconds. There are still laws even though Superman won’t be there to uphold them.

Here’s the current rundown of Warner’s TV Schedule.

‘Sandman’ Headed For The Small Screen For Real This Time. Maybe. http://www.screenjunkies.com/tv/tv-news/sandman-headed-for-the-small-screen-for-real-this-time-maybe/ http://www.screenjunkies.com/tv/tv-news/sandman-headed-for-the-small-screen-for-real-this-time-maybe/#comments Wed, 30 Nov -0001 00:00:00 +0000 If you were a nerd with an affinity for the occult between the years of 1988 and 1996, this news may upset. Warner Bros. Television is moving forward with plans to adapt Neil Gaiman's "Sandman." Also, condolences on being a nerd. It's not all bad news though. "Supernatural" creator Eric Kripke is said to be Warners' #1 choice to head up the project. We don't write about "Supernatural" much around here but it is a mostly-solid show. Kripke is immensely talented, and is certainly capable of building the intricate world required to pull this off. Unless he's not available. In which case, you could always get Tim Kring. That would be good too, right guys? Guys?? (THR)
