Sammy and Marlena and Roman are nowhere to be seen in the rocker‘s take. Instead, Zombie proves himself the secret lovechild of Tim Burton and Clive Barker by giving us bleached and blown out imagery of his wife and extras from a Lady Gaga video walking very slowly.

Although Zombie does show maturity and restraint by not including haunting images of an hourglass sinisterly draining sand. That would just be disrespectful to MacDonald Carey.
