Jackson will play a “a charismatic media mogul and a powerful force in the Robocop world,” so all of you that placed bets that he would be portraying a timid, impotent character – pay up suckers.

The fact that Jackson’s character, Pat Novak, hasn’t been simply labeled “bad guy” leads one to believe that perhaps the characters will occupy moral gray areas that Clarence Boddicker and company definitely didn’t in the original.

Beyond that, little more can be gleaned from the description, other than the foregone conclusion that he will either shoot or be shot by a very, very large gun.
