The First Aunt Viv From ‘Fresh Prince’ Still Hates Will Smith

Last week, we caught a nostalgiatastic snapshot of almost the entire Fresh Prince of Bel-Air cast, reunited for an appearance at Karyn Parson’s (Hilary) charity event. Noticeably absent were both Aunt Vivs.

While we can’t account for the second, longer-running Aunt Viv, we have an idea of why the first one, Janet Hubert, wasn’t in attendance. She just HATES Will Smith, and doesn’t voice her distaste in the most diplomatic fashion.

Hubert told TMZ recently, ”There will never be a reunion … as I will never do anything with an asshole like Will Smith,” Hubert said.

Considering how phenomenally well-liked Smith has managed to be over the course of his career, it sounds like Hubert is just a little peeved that she was clipped after contract negotiations fell through. She went on to say, ”He is still an egomaniac and has not grown up. This constant reunion thing will never ever happen in my lifetime unless there is an apology, which he doesn’t know the word.”

You heard it from TMZ first – Will Smith doesn’t know the word “an apology.”

As all you little Urban Achievers already know, The Big Lebowski Reunion takes place today at 6:30 ET (click here for the Livestream). In honor of this momentous occasion, I felt the need to compile a list of 31 Big Lewbowski animated gifs. I was going to write a real think piece on the cultural impact of the film and its legacy on the world of cinema, but instead I decided to drink a bunch of White Russians and do a J. Top it all off with the occasional acid flashback, and I’m in no condition to write. But my boss is a real Nazi (say what you will about the tenets of national socialism), so I had to give him something. And that something is this. So enjoy the following 31 gifs, and remember, sometimes you eat the bear, and sometimes, well, he eats you.

LARRY DAVID TALKS “SEINFELD” REUNION

Though he’s always been opposed, Larry David is finally caving and doing a Seinfeld reunion — on the new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm. The fictional reunion will be the through-line of season seven with the original cast all appearing as themselves. Recently at the TCA press tour, David told critics what they can expect to see of the reunion. "You won’t see the entire show. You’ll see parts of the show. You’ll get an idea of what happened (to the ‘Seinfeld’ characters) 11 years later." The series returns on September 20th and I personally am very excited to see what happens if Kramer is locked in a room with Leon or Crazy Eyez Killah. (NJ)
