I love Bridget Jones. But then again, I like my women THICK.

If there was a way to embed mp3s in articles, you can rest assured that you would be listening to “I’m Every Woman” as you read this piece. And it would be LOUD. But the technology just isn’t there yet, so you’ll just have to learn about the announcement of Bridget Jones 3 while playing it in your head.

That’s right, it’s time for Renee Zellweger to get fat and British again, as the script for the third installment is reportedly done and pre-development is underway. They’ve decided to make this one about the love triangle between Zellweger, Colin Firth, and Hugh Grant. That should make for a refreshing change of nothing.

Firth lays out the plot thusly:

“I can tell you that Bridget and Mark can’t have children, I think that’s the way it goes on. So then she makes the huge mistake of going back to Daniel Cleaver [Hugh Grant's character] for long enough to get pregnant. And I think he dumps her, and she’s left stranded, and guess who comes back to rescue her.”

A new Bridget Jones movie that’s all about raising a baby? Pinch me! (/Film)
