The Legendary critic, who lost his lower jaw to thyroid cancer in 2006, will be showing off his new facial prosthesis on his new public television program. A rather convincing prosthetic will cover the entire area, and will restore Ebert‘s appearance to something far closer to it’s original appearance. Prior to the prosthesis, Ebert has said he “studiously avoided looking … in a mirror,” although hopefully now he can be proud to show off his new look while ripping the worst movies of the week brand new a-holes.
