Piper Perabo is back from the wet t-shirt bars of Coyote Ugly to give us the new CIA plot twister USA series, "Covert Affairs." The show looks like "Burn Notice" but with a chick as the main character and minus Bruce Campbell. The last time we saw Piper, she drowned in Hugh Jackman's tank in The Prestige.
