A whole mess on funny people are gettin’ together, and they’re all gonna bang each other in A Good Old Fashioned Orgy. Why they’re having the orgy isn’t important. They’re doing it to save a rec center or for the Red Cross, or something. What’s important is that they’re doing it. And if you’re at all familiar with contemporary comedy, you’re going to notice at least a handful of the cast.

The film boasts Jason Sudeikis, Will Forte, Lucy Punch, Leslie Bibb, Lindsay Sloane, Tyler Labine, Lake Bell and Nick Kroll as its principals. And while I can’t say I’m eager to see all of them naked, it’s a pretty crack squad of comedic actors, so let’s bust out the KY and just ask questions later.

Watch out, cast of Jersey Shore. People are soon going to be laughing at you. Comedy Central has awarded Nick Kroll his own sketch series. Titled The Nick Show Kroll, the series will feature Kroll’s popular characters like the craft services coordinator to the stars, Fabrice Fabrice, and the fist-pumping, mother-respecting Bobby Bottleservice. Newer characters will be featured as well, such as the spoiled Hollywood royalty portrayed by he and Jon Daly in Rich Dicks.

Based off Kroll’s track record and talent, this is a good sign for comedy. The man made ABC’s Cavemen watchable. CAVEMEN! (CC Insider)

Nick Kroll is one funny motherf*cker. You may best know him as Bobby Bottleservice from the Ed Hardy Boyz Funny or Die videos, or Ruxin on FX’s "The League," but he’s also an amazing stand-up comedian with several characters in his repertoire.

Fabrice Fabrice is Nick’s extremely flamboyant, homosexual alter ego who dabbles in craft services. Fabrice Fabrice caught up with Dinner for Schmucks star Steve Carell at one of his snack tables and asked him a few professional and rather personal questions. It results in rosy cheeks and the improper enjoyment of fresh fruit.

The NFL. Sure, it has its merits. But up until a short while ago, it was still a passive experience. Then along comes Fantasy Football. And, lo and behold, with it came a reason to tune into every single NFL game from every week, because the outcome of every play meant – and probably still means – the possibility of whipping shit on your friend for your obvious superiority in selecting the most chemically perfect formula of football players who are clearly executing the specific plan that you personally have designed for them. It’s like rocket science… but with heart and concussions.

And as the years have gone by, you’ve likely said to yourself why haven’t I documented the exploits of "The Sunday Afternoon Beer Sh*ts?" (or whatever your fantasy league is called). Because dammit, there’s so much gravitas and drama and smack-talking and just allweek in and week out.

Well tell your inner sports commissioner/network executive to rest easy, because this Thursday comes "The League." And with it comes a reason to watch FX every Thursday night after "It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia." If you don’t know "The League" is a TV show about a Fantasy Football League, and stars comedian Jon Lajoie (see above clip), as well as Paul Scheer ("Human Giant"), Nick Kroll ("Cavemen," "The Ed Hardy Boyz"), Mark Duplass (The Puffy Chair, Humpday) and Katie Aselton.

What does this have to do with Vaginal Hubris, about which Lajoie waxes lyrical in the clip above? No idea. You’ll have to watch this Thursday @ 10:30pm ET/PT to find out, I guess. You may learn something.
