No plot details are available, but we’ll leave you with this nugget from producer/director Todd Phillips:

“Obviously we always envisioned it as a trilogy. The third would be very much a finale and an ending… I haven’t discussed it with these actors yet. [It would] not follow the same template, but is very much a new idea.”

Obviously. It would be ridiculous and reckless if they had just done the one.

Tucker should realize that as crappy as it seems right now, things could always be much worse. Like in the case of these seven celebrities who have lived in some of the dingiest or strangest homes. Keep your head up, Chris Tucker. And whatever you’re thinking of doing, don’t. The world doesn’t need another Rush Hour movie.

Mike Tyson’s Abandoned Mansion

Mike Tyson‘s abandoned Southington mansion is about the only thing that could get me to roadtrip to Ohio. Complete with a moss covered indoor swimming pool, a massive, trashed living room, holes punched through walls, and rusty tiger cages, it’s like a dark-humored Disney World. Oh, I guess that would make it Disney Land.

The boxer lived here for a period in the 1990′s and it has sat abandoned ever since. If I were a high schooler, I would so party in there.

Taran Noah Smith’s Trashed House

Home Improvement’s youngest son Taran Noah Smith has had a bit of a tough time. He was kicked out of his Sherman Oaks home shortly after he and his wife decided to open a vegan restaurant in it. They left the house looking like the site of an acid trip orgy. Cryptic messages and strange drawings were found drawn on the walls that were left standing. That’s why he should have gone to college. That’s were you go to get vandalism out of your system.

Pretty exciting. If there are two things that HBO handles well, it’s drama and boxing. Plus, this is the perfect program to follow Game Of Thrones. They can have an entire night themed around cannibalism and horse mutilation. (Deadline)

S. Victor Whitmill (kind of a regal name for a tattoo artist, no?) claims that Tyson gave him ownership of the tattoo design, and, consequently, a copyright on the work. Whitmill has the docs to back up that he’s the copyright holder, and has a signed release from Tyson.

So, the question that remains is: Did the studio need to get his permission to use the design on Ed Helm’s face? There are two sets of circumstances that would preclude the studio from having to get Whitmill’s permission. The first is if the tattoo was different enough that they could argue it’s just a coincidence. Not likely. Though the designs are VERY similar, this might have been viable if, uh, Mike Tyson hadn’t appeared in the original The Hangover.

The second one is that if they argued fair use due to parody. I don’t know enough about copyright law to weigh in on whether this holds water, but we will see as we creep up on the film’s Memorial Day weekend release. I’m sure some sort of compromise will be reached. I think dragging Ed Helms out onto Hollywood Blvd. during the premiere and executing him should do the trick. (THR)

The Playlist has alerted us to an interview with Mike Tyson that is as candid as you’d expect from the man who once threatened to "f*ck you until you love him." It all came about when Mike wandered into a Las Vegas radio station unexpectedly after a trip to the dentist. If you’re familiar with David After The Dentist, you know that you’re in for a treat. Here are some of my favorite parts.

On The Hangover:

“I was doing that to supply my drug habit. I’m sorry I’m coming at you guys like this… I said, ‘Wow, This is going to be really good. We’re going to sell this stuff on 42nd street on bootleg and make a lot of money.’ This is my best thinking on drugs… It wasn’t that way. It was an international success."

On becoming a Vegan:

“I became a Vegan. Vegan is where no animal products. No livestock products. Nothing."

On his slow-transformation to vampirism:

"My personal life is so isolated right now. I don’t go anywhere unless I’m invited." (except for when he wanders into radio stations of course. – Ed.)

And on the arduous task of wiping one’s butt when weighing 350 lbs:

“It was hard to wipe my butt… I was sweating like some kind of guy from a moon project or something."

Awesome. MTV needs to find a way to get him into the "Jersey Shore" house. (ESPN Radio)

EDITOR’S NOTE: After posting what we thought was a funny riff on Mike Tyson – essentially a fake "on set journal" kept by the famed fighter during his work on The Hangover - some of our readers made it known that in late May, Tyson suffered the tragic loss of his 4-year-old daughter, Exodus.
