Matthew McConaughey Confirmed To Play A Spaceman For Christopher Nolan

When Christopher Nolan offers you a part, you’d be a fool to say no. And so, Matthew McConaughey has followed in the footsteps of Tom Berenger, Matthew Modine, and Anthony Michael Hall before him and said yes to an offer from the acclaimed director of movies that seem really good at first but later seem overblown and confusing. And so, McConaughey has confirmed he will join Nolan’s next scifi adventure, Interstellar. Thus, we can confirm that we will have fun with this one when it comes time for the Honest Trailer version.

Not much is known about Interstellar except that Nolan will direct from his brother Jonathan’s script which is said to deal with “time travel and alternate dimensions and sees a group of explorers travel through a wormhole.”

Seriously. The Honest Trailer for this is going to be so good. (Star Tribune)

Nolan’s Third ‘Batman’ Starts Shooting In April

Warner Bros. is planning to start shooting Christopher Nolan’s third Batman movie in April in the fine city of New Orleans. Yes, I’m displeased by this news too. I was hoping shooting would start next week in the Rite Aid parking lot across from my apartment. My reasoning for this is two fold. 1) April is too damn far away. I want another Nolan movie, especially another Nolan Batman, in theaters ASAP. 2) New Orleans is too far away. If the film were shot in the Rite Aid parking lot across from my apartment I’d be able to watch all the action go down. With enough green screen and CG they could rearrange the homeless people to make it look like Chicago/Gotham. (Coming Soon)

J.J. Abrams And Jonathan Nolan Looking For Good Home For TV Crime Show

J.J. Abrams is going out with another show. He has partnered up with the younger NoBro, Jonathan, to shop a new crime show around to the networks. With names like J.J. Abrams and Jonathan Nolan attached, and work like "Lost," Dark Knight, and Inception under their collective belt, I’d think it’s only a matter of time before this gets picked up. Especially if Joaquin Phoenix can sell footage of the guitarist from Spacehog pooping on him. They’re just giving development deals away out there in California!! (EW)
