Looks like he had one too many last night.

In this trailer, we see Hamm do his careful best to dismiss Kristen Wiig after a night of hot, steamy, bra-on sex (Hollywood’s favorite kind). But we shouldn’t rush to judge. Perhaps he just needs to fart really badly. Sometimes that happens to fellas. Especially if they aren’t careful about what they eat the night before. Damn you, Nestle Flipz!!

The fifth season of “Mad Men” has been pushed back all the way to early 2012. For fans of the show, that feels like an eternity. After all, the series has already been on hiatus since October, meaning that even if it returns next January, it will have been off the air for 15 months. That’s a long friggen time, and a lot can happen between now and then. Here are some things that will probably go down before the show returns…

• Steve Carell will no longer be on”The Office.” As such, you will no longer be watching, “The Office.”
• Major League Baseball will conduct an entire season of play.
• Tom Crusie will reprise his role as Ethan Hunt in Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, and Xenu will return to Earth to take his rightful place at the head of the Galactic Confederacy.
• Harry Potter will be a thing of the past, as all of the films in the series will have been released. Unfortunately, the Twilight series will remain undead.
• A reboot of the Spider-Man reboot will be in active development.
• The 2012 Presidential primary season will be underway.
• Katie Couric will be out at CBS news after nearly five years, while that old bastard Andy Rooney will celebrate is 103rd year with the network.
• FX will have premiered and canceled no less than five critically acclaimed yet poorly rated shows.
• Oprah Winfrey will end her show, and the country will be shocked by the simultaneous suicides of two million bored housewives.
• Christina Hendricks’ breasts will be slightly closer to her knees.
• The show will be forced to write a storyline in which the character of Bobby gets his first pube.
• Julian Assange will have leaked the script for the season 5 finale. All your waiting will have been for naught.

Browning states that in the final cut, Snyder had to edit the scene down so that she appeared less “into it.” That’s upsetting. The last thing you would want to convey to a young audience is that sex with the likes of Jon Hamm is anything less than mind-blowing. Sooner or later, teenage girls will find out what sex with Jon Hamm is really like. You’re just delaying the inevitable, MPAA.

Of course, Snyder is left with little choice but to obey the board after Watchmen fell flat with an R rating. Given the clusterfuckiness (industry term) of Sucker Punch, Snyder and Co. will need all the help they can get from dumb little kids that don’t know any better than to see this movie. (Playlist)

On the set of the Feig directed Bridesmaids, he hit it off with Hamm. Now the two are working on some kinda top-secret-for-now project. Comedy nerds, start heaping tons of praise on this project right now. Speaking of “comedy nerds,” that’s how Feig described Hamm in a recent interview:

“[Hamm] is such a comedy nerd. He will quote lines from Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy. You’re quoting something even I can’t quote! He’s always wanted to do comedy. One of the next things I’m developing a project for him to star in. I think he’s so funny. He’s like Cary Grant to me.”

It’s pretty awesome that Jon Hamm loves Brain Candy. If I was passing him on the street and said “cat on my head,” he might yell “cat on my head” back at me, rather than give me a freaked-out glare and walk in the other direction. I guess you can’t judge a nerdy book by it’s handsome cover. (Collider)

These preview snaps from Zack Snyder‘s Sucker Punch contain all the elements of a fanboy handjob, minus the inclusion of a recognizable superhero. You’ve got a lot of hot girls (Emily Browning, Jena Malone, Jamie Chung, Abbie Cornish and Vanessa Hudgens) in sexy outfits wielding weapons in fantasy locations, and Don Draper for all the girlfriends out there. That hits all the quadrants I can think of.

Warner Bros. just released a million stills from Sucker Punch for our ogling before the March 25th release date, and not to worry – I tossed out all the lame ones where it just looks like people are talking. So, I guess that’s the end of that. Jon Hamm isn’t Superman, no matter how much we wish it were so. Wait a second – something just occurred to me. “Frank Darabont, Gale Ann Hurd, Robert Kikman, Dave Alpert, Greg Nicotero, and the rest of the crew [are] figuring out where to take the zombie apocalypse from here,” Stillerman said. “We lost a few along the way as sometimes happens in’The Walking Dead,’ but a few surprises in there as well. Shane, Jon Bernthal, lives for season two so we’re going to keep it fresh and it’ll be back and better than ever.”

The network’s darling “Mad Men” is on hold. They must be waiting for Jon Hamm now that he’s a movie star. “’Mad Men’ is definitively coming back for season five, although don’t ask me when because we’re not quite sure yet, but it will be and we’ll let you know as soon as we do,” Stillerman said.

“Breaking Bad” is back in full swing. “’Breaking Bad’ starts shooting on Thursday of next week, season four. Last year was so spectacular, we kind of wondered if Vince [Gilligan] had something up his sleeve to take it to the next level and he clearly does. Where Walt, Jesse and Gus the chicken man and Hank and the rest of the crew go in season four is truly phenomenal.”

Stillerman also gave some details on their next original series, “Hell on Wheels.” “’Hell on Wheels’ is AMC’s return to the original western. To date ‘Broken Trail’ is still the biggest event on AMC ever. It’s a genre that’s vital to our channel. If you look at ‘True Grit,’ it’s a genre that continues to be vital in every imaginable way and continues to be able to be reinvented and incredibly potent. We think we have a phenomenal show on ‘Hell on Wheels.’”

You know that on AMC, this won’t be some “Rawhide” remake. “It’s very much a western, a post Civil War revenge story but there’s bones of great period drama in there as well, a la There Will Be Blood, with the telling of the story of the construction of the first transcontinental railroad, which is as dramatic and compelling a story as there is in American history. David Von Ancken did a phenomenal job directing the pilot. Our studios at E1, producers at Endemol, a phenomenal cast: Dominique McElliqott, Colm Meaney, the incredible Wes Studi. As soon as the snow melts in Calgary, we’re going to start shooting season two and let you know when that will be coming back.”

Warner Bros. has unleashed the trailer for Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch. No matter what you’re fond of in life, it’s probably somewhere in this film. Hot girls, dragons, robots, robot samurai, zepplins, it’s all there. The film stars Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgins, Jon Hamm, Scott Glenn, and Carla Gugino. They all play humans, as far as I can tell, but I’m sure one of them could change into a robot samurai at any moment. I don’t even want to attempt putting this movie’s plot into words so here’s the official synopsis:

Sucker Punch is an epic action fantasy that takes us into the vivid imagination of a young girl whose dream world provides the ultimate escape from her darker reality.  Unrestrained by the boundaries of time and place, she is free to go where her mind takes her, but her incredible adventures blur the lines between what’s real and what is imaginary…with potentially tragic consequences.

You would guess by this montage that Don Draper is a bit of a dumbass on "Mad Men." For such a creative genius, he doesn’t seem to grasp much that’s told to him. Or maybe he’s going deaf and no one has diagnosed it properly. Quick, someone clap in front of his face and see if he reacts. If he asks "what?" again we should immediately book an appointment with someone who looks into brains. A doctor perhaps!

I don’t watch "Saturday Night Live" anymore, but I do watch the popular videos that make their way to the web the following Monday. This week, Jon Hamm hosted with musical guest Rihanna. Of course Andy Samberg and Rihanna did a digital short sequel to "Shy Ronnie" entitled "Ronnie and Clyde." It’s not as funny as the first, but Rihanna is hot and I like that she returns to the bank to snag hostage Jon Hamm so she can bang him.

Jon Hamm also appeared in a sketch in which he parodies Best Cry Ever Guy. If you don’t know who that is, shame on you for not being more addicted to the Internet. You can check out the original video here and then the ‘SNL’-ized, Hamm-ized version after the jump.

Struggling to find her place in the post-Transformers world, Megan Fox has signed on for Jon Hamm‘s boo’s comedy Friends With Kids. The movie steals a plotline from season three of "Murphy Brown," with director Jennifer Westfeldt starring alongside Adam Scott as a pair of friends who decide to forego the muckiness that comes with relationships and just skip ahead to the baby-making. That way, they’re still free to date hotter people. Hotter people like Jon Hamm and Megan Fox it turns out.

"It’s a very literate script and when Jen met with her, she thought Megan was spot on. When (Fox) picks the right part, she has tremendous value," said Cinetic Media’s John Sloss, who is handling sales and had his fingers crossed behind his back during the interview. (THR)

Looks like NBC is pulling out the big celebrity guest star guns for this week’s live episode of "30 Rock." Jon Hamm and Matt Damon are confirmed to appear as the men after Liz Lemon‘s heart. Plot details are under wraps so we don’t know whether or not Damon will pull a Duck Phillips and try to crap in Alec Baldwin’s chair before picking a fight with Hamm. Tracy Morgan more than likely will though. That guy pretty much craps anywhere and everywhere. (EW)

The Town is filled with juicy actor soliloquies and detailed action sequences, but they are heinously pieced together in a by-the-numbers dramatic plot laden with one mushy romance.

From the action-packed prologue we think that we will be in for a ride through the criminal and FBI robbery division world of the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Yet after the opener, the movie rolls downhill into a story about Charlestown townie bank robber Doug MacRay (Ben Affleck emoting with smirks, scowls, and sad watery eyes), who should really get the hell out of Boston before he ends up dead or in prison. MacRay shares this fate with his fellow bank robbing partner Jim Coughlin (Jeremy Renner in another intense performance) while finding love with a recent bank teller hostage Claire Keesey (Rebecca Hall) and being pursued by the frumpy FBI robbery agent Fawley (Jon Hamm showing that he is far more comfortable playing Don Draper than this sexless, boring-ass of a crusader here).

The neighborhood of Charlestown like other current Boston-centric movies The Departed, The Boondock Saints and Mystic River are filled with your tough blue-collar characters. Here they only seem to be in passing. We do meet a wheezy old florist named Fergus ‘Fergie’ Colm (the legendary warbling English actor Peter Poslethwaite), who runs the Boston black market and a young barfly mom (Blake Lively), who will one day become the Amy Ryan character of Gone Baby Gone. They show up with brute words and moments, but only to push the story forward.

With Affleck serving as the director and co-writer, the same problems occur as with his last Boston project, Gone Baby Gone.  He seems very equipped to direct the action sequences with a very detail eye that infuses the story with energy while giving his fellow screen actors “great look at me” moments (the best being from Renner, Lively, Postlethwaite and Chris Cooper as his imprisoned father), but as a writer, he can’t construct a screenplay that can piece these exceptional moments together without gluing them with your typical crime drama plot. Affleck knows the words just not the music.

The movie keeps going with more shootouts and tying up loose ends that seem tact on only to give Affleck and Hall’s boring love story more screen time. The ending montage seems like an odd melodramatic piece from the Shawshank Redemption than from the rest of the movie’s hardboiled story.

The Town has some great stand-alone performances and moments to show off but they’re not given a solid cops and robbers movie to strap themselves into.

Grade: C-

Mad Men‘ star Jon Hamm is a serious contender for the lead in the planned Superman reboot, Latino Review is reporting. His physique, strong jaw, and slicked black hair make him a natural fit for the character. However, Hamm himself expressed reservations about playing a superhero in a recent interview with MTV.

"It’s a tricky road to go down with some of those heroes, because they’re not flawed. Superman is Superman – he’s invincible, so where’s the drama?"

Where’s the drama with superheroes? Obviously this guy hasn’t seen a little film called Fantastic Four: The Rise Of The Silver Surfer! If he had, he’d understand the ridiculousness of his statement. I hope the producers of the new Superman reboot do a careful vetting before they jump into bed with this guy.

In an effort to collect a handful of "Free Sex" coupons, Jon Hamm could star in his long time girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt‘s next directorial effort, Friends With Kids. They haven’t officially kissed on it, but a deal is reportedly in the works. The names Anne Hathaway and Kristen Wiig are also floating around the project, but again, no spit handshakes.

Another thing that isn’t known is what the film is about, except that it’ll probably focus on someone’s friends who have kids. They could be young kids. They could be old kids. "Friends" might used in a sarcastic way, so that it really mean enemies. Same goes for kids. The movie could be about enemies with adults. But one thing is for certain — if it happens, Jon Hamm will be in it. (ThePlaylist)

Hot off both an Emmy and a fictional Clio Award win, "Mad Men" is going stronger than ever. The fourth season has slyly reinvented the show and ably guided it out of the bummerific territory it normally explored. Rolling Stone stopped by the set and snapped off a few pretty cool candids of Jon Hamm, Christina Hendricks, January Jones, and crew. My only complaint, needs more Blankenship.

Attractive women in New England are few and far between, so when you meet one you had better jump on it. It doesn’t matter where you meet. The bar, the Market Basket, and the bank that you are currently robbing are all perfectly acceptable places to pick up a comely, young lass. And that’s exactly what Ben Affleck does in the trailer for his second directorial effort The Town.

In this daring sequel, Jeremy Renner plays Will Hunting and Affleck reprises his role as Chuckie, who are now bank robbers inexplicably (note to self: fact check this later). Chuckie meets Rebecca Hall during a robbery and develops an attraction to her, even though he’s got Blake Lively at home in denim cut-offs. Then Don Draper shows up and is all Mr. FBI Guy and there are a few shoot-outs and Slipknot masks. All in all, it looks really good! I’ll see it.
