They will star in ID Theft, a comedy starring Bateman as a man who has his identity stolen.

The project originally called for Bateman to have his identity stolen by another guy, but McCarthy won the role when America saw Bridesmaids and realized that girls can be funny too. It’s too bad for Danny McBride. I’m sure he could have practically tasted that role. (Deadline)
