Hurley’s Face Graces Weezer’s New Album Cover
Monday, August 9 by

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Would you pick this up from a store display? Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo announced to Spinner that the cover of the band's new album "Hurley" will feature the face of Jorge Garcia, who played Hurley on "Lost." He tries to explain but I still don't understand:
"I just loved this photo of Jorge Garcia — it just had this amazing vibe. We didn't want to do a fourth self-titled record and we knew people would refer to it as 'the Hurley record' even if left it without that title, so we just called it 'Hurley.' No words are on the cover because all we wanted was his amazing face."
Thank you, Rivers, for making me feel a whole lot better about my face. Unless by "amazing" you mean perplexing and slightly off-putting. Than NO thank you. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm putting the finishing touches on my "Marty" demo cover.

The ‘Lost’ Finale: What Did You Think?
Sunday, May 23 by

The final episode of "Lost" has come and gone, and there was no shortage of surprises. Even the most avid fans could not have predicted that Jack was actually Hurley's father, or that the "Dharma Initiative" was nothing more than a marketing ploy for ABC's new series, "Dharma and Greg: The Next Generation."What did you think of the the finale? Were you satisfied, or were you as pissed off as when you found out that Starbuck was an angel?Sound off below. The best comment will receive a black-and-white printout of the Screenjunkies.com logo personally autographed by me, Jame Gumb. It's sure to go up in value once the FBI raids my house and shoots me to death while looking for my cache of bootleg Human Centipede DVDs.

Hurley From ‘Lost’ Says “Dude” Over and Over Again
Thursday, May 13 by

Hurley from "Lost" says "dude," and he says it a lot. In fact, if you compiled all the times Hurley has said "dude" over the course of six seasons, it would last four minutes. Of course, you would never take the time to compile such a thing because you have a life. Luckily, the people from Jezebel don't, and they made this sweet video. (SlashFilm) Watch Hurley say "dude" over and over again after the jump.

Lost: The Final Season @ Comic Con
Sunday, July 26 by

By 9am, the line outside Hall H for the LOST: THE FINAL SEASON panel with co-creators Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse was already 1000+ fans deep, and the presentation wasn't until 11am.  But the 6000+ fans that eventually made it inside were in for a real treat.  Cuse and Lindelof came armed with tons of clips and almost equal amounts of special guests, and didn't disappoint even the hardcores that had been camping outside the San Diego Convention Center's Hall H since the night before.

After a montage of some of the creators' favorite LOST-related fan films, Cuse and Lindelof showed the audience a very well done promo for a fake throwback show that supposedly aired in the 80s, and which covered the mysterious Dharma Initiative that is such a huge part of the LOST mythology:
