Hailing from a family of entertainers, it didn’t take long for Troian Bellisario to maker her way into the spotlight. Now one of the faces of ABC’s “Pretty Little Liars,” Bellisario first got her start at the age of three, guest starring in such notable productions as “Quantum Leap,” “JAG,” and “NCIS.” Of course it didn’t hurt that her father, prolific Hollywood scribe Donald Bellisario, was the creator (and sometimes writer) behind all of those shows, but we like to think that Troian would have made it with or without a well-connected daddy-o working behind the scenes.

It wasn’t too long ago that Hazlewood, a native Brit, skipped across the pond and began gracing TV screens out here in the States, including small roles in a two episodes of “ER” and a brief appearance in the final season of “Lost.” Here’s hoping she likes the place enough to stick around for a while.

They’re professionals, the best in their class; tanned, seasoned, and exceedingly skilled at looking good naked. Bravo, ladies.

A dancer by training, Burlesque actress Rachele Brooke Smith’s movie roles to date have mostly involved some form of dancing. She’s played a cheerleader, a break-dancer, another break-dancer, a dancer in a nightclub, and a backup dancer for Alvin and the Chipmunks. Hard to say what she’ll take on next, but there’s a good chance it’ll involve a catchy rhythm and some kind of sequin costume.

She’s currently starring in a Showtime series called “Look” (Showtime is like regular TV except more special), but other than that she’s a bonafide newcomer. With just a handful of TV and movie appearances to her name, it’s hard to tell what to expect of young Cobrin, however, as seen in the photo above, Batman seems to approve, and it’s rarely ever a good idea to disagree with The Bat. That dude will wreck you.

With girls like Mia Kirshner sexing up shows like “The Vampire Diaries,” it’s surprising that the whole fantasy-drama-romance trend hasn’t gained much traction among the primarily boobs-and-violence-minded young male demographic. Maybe the genre lacks explosions, or maybe all those tearjerk moments between love-torn werewolves and teenage zombies or whatever just aren’t badass enough. One thing’s for sure though: The genre tends to do remarkably well in the gorgeous brunette chicks category.

She graduated from Julliard, did time on stage, nearly took home an Emmy for her work on “Grey’s Anatomy,” and is currently lending her chops to CBS’s much-praised legal drama “The Good Wife.” That’s not to say we don’t like her as a vampire, of course. We just have a thing for chicks who aren’t technically dead.

Admittedly, you won’t be seeing a whole lot of Mandy Moore in Disney’s latest fairy tale tryst, Tangled. What you’ll see is a computer-generated hyper-rendering of something that vaguely resembles the general shape of a human being with enormous eyes and Mandy Moore’s voice. So definitely not her sexiest role of all time, but hell, true Mandy fans aren’t deterred by something as inconsequential as not actually seeing her on screen. For the rest of us who have trouble coping with the idea of being attracted to a cartoon character, here are some pictures of the real deal.

‘Sons of Anarchy’ Actress Winter Ave Zoli

A former stage actress, ballerina, and one-time resident of the Czech Republic, Winter Ave Zoli is best known these days as the hard-headed porn star sweetheart of bearded biker outlaw Opie Winston on FX’s leading series “Sons of Anarchy.” And if you have a hard time picturing this tousle-haired beauty as the type who’d get down on camera for a quick couple hundred, it’s all the better; the contrast between Zoli’s disarming look of wide-eyed innocence and the seedy lifestyle played out by her on-screen alter ego is exactly what makes her character a thrilling fixture in the series.

A word from Winter: “Lyla and Opie are drawn to each other because they both have this sort of sweet sadness.”

Jonna Walsh

Though Faster actress Jonna Walsh hasn’t gained much recognition since launching her career in 2004, it’s difficult to forget a face like that once you’ve seen it, even if only for a brief moment in a throwaway episode of “CSI: NY.” But with regular television appearances and a couple of feature length films under her belt, it could just be a matter of time before that face starts showing up more and more.
