She got her start in show business as a pagaent model at a young age, before scoring a regular role on long-running soap “All My Children.” Spencer has taken various television gigs throughout her career, including a recurring role on”Mad Men” in 2009. Later this year she’ll appear in Cowboys and Aliens.
