Elena Kolpachikova was born on the Black Sea in Yalta Ukraine, which sounds like a superhero origin story. She worked as a model in Europe for High Fashion designers, then moved to New York and graduated from the Lee Strasberg Institute and NYU film school, started her acting career and moved to Los Angeles.
