The video is mostly a tip of the hat to fans of the original film, done up mostly in the throwback (cost effective) style. But it’s also a tip of the hat to fans saying, “Hubba hubba,” as Olivia Wilde shows up near the end. As if she’d ever set foot in an arcade.

Bit by bit, Disney is revealing more of the Daft Punk-composed soundtrack for the upcoming Tron Legacy. The unofficial campaign name is Operation: Tron Legacy Blue Balls, as I can only take so much teasing before it starts to get painful.

In this new music-centered trailer, footage you’ve already seen is backed with the new Daft Punk track, "Derezzed." We’ve heard "The Game Has Changed," which is more of a "getting pumped to enter an arena" track. "Derezzed" is a more of a "cut his f*cking head off with that light disc!" track. It bumps, yo.

In this official pic from Tron Legacy, Daft Punk looks like Daft Punk, but cooler! Look at the blue. I want to go to there. This sneak peak at the French duo is the kickoff of what Disney is calling Tron Tuesdays, which will see the release of new materials for the film every Tuesday for the next ten weeks as the film’s release date approaches. I would be happy if they just released a new Daft Punk track from the film’s score every week.

Oh, look what else we have. A new Daft Punk track from the film’s score. The first 90 seconds of "The Game Has Changed" gets me so amped for the film that I want to cram a Cat 9 cable into the gapping hole at the base of my skull. I’ve always assumed that’s the reason it’s there anyway.
