Conrad Vernon, director of Monsters Vs. Aliens and Shrek Forever After and fan of Seth Rogen’s sausage, is on board to executive produce the series about an orange that harasses things. “Pinky and The Brain” writer Tom Sheppard is on-hand to make the plots delightfully retar-tar.

Also of note, Malcolm McDowell is set to voice one of the characters. Probably one that isn’t very discriminating in regard to what film and television roles he takes. He’s like Liam Neeson if Liam had an easier-to-reach agent. (Deadline)
