Chloe Sevigny Joins ‘Lovelace’ As An “Exhausted” Demi Moore Bails

After proving she had the chops to tackle adult subject matter by blowing her then-boyfriend Vincent Gallo in The Brown Bunny, Chloe Sevigny has hopped aboard the Linda Lovelace biopic Lovelace, which stars Amanda Seyfried in the lead.

While the news that Sevigny will be playing a journalist in the film may first come across as disheartening, in my mind, everyone is having sex with everyone in this film, so go ahead and set your expectations to “nude,” possibly “while banging.”

The casting announcement comes just a day after Demi Moore dropped out, claiming she was “seeking professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health,” which is probably just PR-speak for “tending to a broken heart.”

It’s all good, though. The cast still boasts Peter Sarsgaard, Hank Azaria, Adam Brody, Bobby Cannavale, Chris Noth, Sharon Stone, Juno Temple, Debi Mazar, Wes Bentley, Romeo Brown, Robert Patrick, Eric Roberts. and James Franco .

Chloë Sevigny Will Play An Irish Pre-Op Assassin Who Is Probably Cooler Than You

Chloë Sevigny is following up her stint on “Big Love” by becoming a man. The actress will play a male Irish assassin who has her umlauts removed to become a woman in an upcoming miniseries. She was short with details when she spoke with BlackBook, but here’s what we know:

“It’s a British production for Sky Atlantic, and I’m playing a pre-op male-to-female tranny assassin. It’s very realistic. It’s being created by a lot of the people who were involved in the original “Skins“, so it’s going to be very edgy.”

Sounds great to me but I’d be interested to know whom from the original “Skins” is behind this. I’m going to go try to blend in at a rave to get to the bottom of this.

Chloe Sevigny To Play Original Hipster, Lizzie Borden

Chloe Sevigny is setting up a mini-series at HBO about Lizzie Borden, who you probably don’t even really know too much about. Borden, of course, was the young woman accused of murdering her father and stepmother with a hatchet back in 1892, way before it was considered cool.

With “Big Love” wrapping up, Sevigny was eager to play another role that required unflattering dresses (It’s this whole thing. Ugh. You wouldn’t understand). So, she took the project to Playtone, the production company behind “Big Love” and introduced them to music video director Bryce Kass, who will write the four-hour series.

Now everyone is going to behead their parents with hatchets. You just KNOW they are. (Deadline)
