In news that's likely to make fans of Bully (is there such a thing?) rejoice, a press release was issued today stating that TWC and Netflix have reached an agreement to kick out all new Weinstein movies on Netflix, rather than using Weinstein's old convention of having Harvey show up at your door and scream at potential viewers until they decided it was easier just to see the film.

This is an interesting development when compared to Netflix's gung-ho attempts to create value with original content. However, that's mostly been in the realm of serial television. In the world of film, Netflix isn't much of a player, so it would make sense that they would outsource to the guys that do it best.
